We made arrangements for his team to start on our floors the day we left for a weeklong family vacation, which was so convenient. We had been on the road for just a few hours when he texted me with some very troubling photos of what he found underneath the carpet. I was horrified and dreading the discussion of next steps, but Arianit clearly explained our options and the prices for each option. We ultimately chose to repair/replace the damaged wood and the added cost was very reasonable. Throughout the process, Arianit sent us photos of the progress his team was making and kept us updated as the timeline changed with the added repairs. I could tell even before we got home to see the floors in person that we had made the right choice. When we did get home, I was not disappointed at all. Our floors are beautiful and I can't stop looking at them, even five days later. If/when we need to do anything with the rest of the floors in our home, we will be reaching out to NT Hardwood Floors again.

Martin made sure the style matched the other windows and got the job done well within budget. We were so happy with the work that we asked him to replace all the 12 windows throughout the rest of the house as well. We also got 2 bathrooms and one powder room remodeled and got the kitchen redesigned including new cabinets, flooring, backsplash, insert lights, under cabinet lights and pendant lights. The reason I recommend Martin is that he works with your budget and your design. Very transparent about pricing as well, for instance he has receipts for all raw materials so you can be assured of what's been used. The other big thing about Martin is his projects are turnkey, he addresses any associated issues that come up during the project (trust me, there is always something unplanned that comes up that needs fixing) and is very reasonable with pricing. E.g. when we did the flooring, we found the floor boards were squeaky and some needed replacement, he address all the issues promptly, fixed up the gradient - unlike some other big companies that don't do any extra work in spite of charging boat loads of money. He and his team are very trustworthy, cost-effective, punctual, efficient and they always clean up after work has been completed for the day.

If you are looking for someone to turn a simple job into an electrical adventure, leave a mess behind, and create new problems you didn't have before -- this may be the person for you. On top of the poor workmanship, he was extremely rude and disrespectful. He attempted to connect his machine directly to a live electrical line, which resulted in damage to the electrical panel and an expensive oven showing a "Bad Line" error. Apparently, quality control and safety procedures were optional. Blamed the panel. The job was left with trash scattered around, and somehow the priority became demanding payment before the work was completed. Asked for additional $150 to "dispose" of the trash that he left behind. To add to the experience, machines were left sitting on carpet, creating another potential mess. We ended up contacting the local police. A reminder for anyone considering hiring him: do not release payment until you have personally inspected every detail of the work. Before making the deal demand full clean-up and disposal of trash. Take before pictures. Check your appliances, check your electrical system, and check that your property is actually left in better condition than when he arrived. Unfortunately, the experience was not the kind anyone wants.

Though his company is booked fairly tight for a couple months for large installs; they fit in smaller jobs as they are able. Bruce and his team came out a couple days later to do the job. The team arrived wearing masks, which my wife and I appreciated. They wasted *no* time. They properly patched the subfloor, which was probably the pain in the ass part of the whole thing because they had to access it via a muddy crawlspace. The finished results look great. I can't even tell where the hole from the old heat duct was. Luckily, I had recently had all of the flooring done and the finish was an easy match- again- the work was impeccable and the crew had the job done in about 2 hours. We spent several months researching and getting quotes from numerous floor companies. We just…read moreweren't happy with the products others had, or the fact that they all wanted to rush the install. Nor would these other companies remove and replace baseboards. So we finally stumble across Amazing Floors. From my first phone call with Frank, to my quote experience with Daniel (owner). They treated us very well. I did not have to negotiate for an hour for a better price. Daniel gave me the best price out the gate. This price also included removing old flooring and baseboards, and installing new flooring and new Baseboards. The price even included repairing or replacing any damaged subfloor areas. Within reason of course. I did have 3 small sections of subfloor that need to be replaced. So just want to point out. All these big box companies I received quotes from would only do half the work for double the cost. Selecting then product, Frank was super patient with us when we went to the show room. We finally narrowed down to two options. He let us take large samples home so we could set it in different areas throughout the house to see which one we liked best. Once we made our decision, the rest was pretty seamless. They scheduled our install date, we had to change it a couple of times and they totally worked with us and were understanding about it. Install day arrives. The wife and I moved most of the furniture to the garage. I wanted the team focused on doing my floors, not moving my furniture around lol. The tore everything out on day one. Prepped and cleaned the subfloor and started laying the LVP flooring we selected. Should note, they also fixed any floor squeaking areas too. So they installed about 3/4 of the house on day 1. Then day 2 finished the flooring and installed the new baseboards. ( please note - a few weeks before my install date. The company dropped off my baseboards per my request. So I could paint them before hand.) so glad we did this, it made life so much easier. All I had to do is cover the nail holes and touch up. The Amazing floor team was very professional and courtesy at every level. We are so happy with our floor install. We will for sure use them on the future. While they were here, they also evaluated the slate floors in our mud room. I was pleased that the salesman did not try to convince us to change the grout color or do anything more than my original intents. Although they were not the cheapest estimate we got, they were very willing to work with our schedule and again, they were not trying to talk me up to more expensive services. On the day of service, the staff arrived and were very professional. They were polite and tried to time the noisy parts of the day with times when my baby was not napping. The gentleman who worked on our shower stall informed us that there was a problem with water seeping back up after it was dried, and that it was beyond his scope of knowledge. I appreciated this fact because if he hadn't mentioned it, I would never have known, and we discovered that we had to get our shower floor replaced due to the water problem. Some technicians only do what they are paid to do and do not put forth any additional effort. SRS is not just 'some technician'. I was pleased by their timeliness, attitude, helpfulness and suggestions. I highly recommend them, without reservation!
