If her attitude was what I was reviewing then she would have 5 stars during visit and negative 5 for her attitude when her poor dye job was criticized after I got home and realized my hair looked like I had a fresh cut (much much shorter than the two inches she showed me but still I was ok with the cut) and a good conditioning but no difference any other way. I was confused my greys showed and there was no change in color at all I asked for a bayalage look and got a natural look (her exact words not mine) after some back and forth I was just eventually ignored and well maybe others should consider her for cuts. And that $150 haircut is the most expensive one I have had that's for sure read more

My recent trip there was a big dissapointment. $60 for a facial that I was told would be an hour. It was barely 25 minutes. The girl was nice but never asked me what my skin concerns were. Never asked me why I was there. It was a nice experience - and like I said she was a very nice person - very friendly and helpful - but I went away feeling a bit cheated. I had wanted something for my dry cheek area and when i left they were just as dry and flaky as before. What uspsets me is I wish I had spent that $60 (and a tip on top of that) on a one hour massage at the Hot Spot instead. I wont be going back. read more

I had never been here before & received a gift card here. I was excited for my first massage & to get my nails & toes done for a wedding! The hour long massage consisted of very lightly rubbing & that's it. I kept thinking it would get better, I needed knots out! But at the end the woman said she didn't want to "mess up my hair" & if I "come back next time" she will work harder..... Pedicure: I ask for French tips & the woman had no idea how to do them & had to get another woman to help her & I had to come home & fix it myself. Manicure: French tip shellac - after 6 days the shellac was chipped & the white tips were so thin that my entire nail was showing. The staff is very nice & I don't like to say negative things, but I will not be returning. read more

Wow. So unhappy with this place. I finally found a stylist that I loved and he was fired based on lies crafted by a dubious coworker. Justin was the ONLY reason I would have gone to this salon and now he's gone. THANKS A LOT! This salon obviously has no concept of how to treat their stylists, and their customers by extension. I guess what I'm trying to say is, don't get too attached if you find someone you like there, because they could just suddenly be gone. I'm from out of town, so I called first to make sure there was a stylist who was well versed in color. I was assured that my stylist was, but i brought a picture, and my previous stylists phone number for any info she may need. I ended up, instead of golden blonde, with a very, very dark brownish gray color! The stylist immediately offered to fix it, but after about two minutes, whatever she had put on my head started burning so badly I needed her to remove it. She did not make me pay, but I ended up with a burning scalp, a horrible color and a crazy amount of breakage. WhenI went to Ulta in Weatherford the next day, they told me I should make Vendetta pay for them to fix it....so I called Vendetta, spoke to the owner who told me they have a sign right near their desk that states they will not refund and that the stylist said my hair was already dry to begin with. I've been to Vendetta's three times now (yikes, probably time for another appointment!) and loved the experience. Shayne takes great care of me! She takes the time to ask questions about me, my hair and what I need it to be doing, then gives me a great cut and style. She's very helpful with my constant product questions and even called around town to get me the best deal on a new straightener. My stylist Missy Sanders works here! I have used other stylists at this location before her. They are great! Missy is highly suggested, she knows her stuff! And she doesn't try to argue with me about MY hair like a lot of stylists before her have done. She gives her input about what may be needed and then we come to a decision about what to do. Been going here for years and couldn't imagine going anywhere else. They have hair stylists, massage therapists, nail techs, and estheticians. read more

Their customer service is the worst I've ever experienced with a salon! I was looking for a new salon, because my previous hairstylist passed from COVID, and when I called to make an appointment, the lady I spoke with was very short and not very personable. I gave it the benefit of a doubt that they were very busy as a lot of salons are. The day of my appointment, I called to say that I had something very unexpected come up at the last minute and that I needed to reschedule. I didn't feel I needed to explain my situation because it was personal and it was none of their business. When I called I apologized for the last minute emergency that was out of my control and the lady that answered the phone was immediately agitated and proceeded to scold me like a child. I was supposed to get a number of things done with my hair and knew it was going to take a while. She told me how the stylist set aside a couple of hours for me and would lose customers because she didn't schedule anyone else during that time. She said that when I rescheduled they were going to charge me an inconvenience fee of $75.00 since I didn't reschedule 24 hours in advance! I told her I was a new client and apologized again. She said this was a new process because so many people have cancelled and/or rescheduled, and I can see why. I've never heard of this because the salons I've been to before work with the customer. They know life happens and politely reschedule so they don't lose their customers and call their other clients to inform them there's an opening that came up and/or take the walk-ins. She continued to be very rude and very unprofessional throughout the call. Never doing business with them! read more

Had a great massage about two weeks ago, but was not a true 60 min massage. Mine was cut short 15 minutes to approx 45 minutes.

I went to have my hair styled New Years Eve. I have hair down to my waist and wanted it curled. The stylist was running about thirty minutes late, and finally when she was ready for me I told her what I wanted done. She looked at the length of my hair and stated "oh god". She started to curl my hair and the whole time was talking about how she needed a drink and using foul language, she asked for help from other stylist and told one to take the appointment from her. These stylist were leaving for the day and had plans, she told me "sorry I can't do this" I have never had a stylist tell me they do not know how to curl my hair. Do not ever waste your time or money at this salon! read more

If you are looking for a good massage or facial DO NOT go here. My husband bought me a 150 gift certificate for a facial and massage. The massage was the worst I've ever had. The massage therapist was very nice but the massage was horrible. I wondered if she had any official training because her technique was very different from what I have experienced from other massage therapists. I left feeling like I had not even had a massage. There was also a lot of noise outside the room. I had to go back because I still had $65 left for the facial. I hoped it would be better since it was a different lady. Nope. Worst facial ever!!!! For $65, I got a 20 minute facial. She used 2 or 3 products on me and that was it. A total waste of money. read more

I went to get a shellac manicure. She was really nice but there are hardly any colors to chose from then she did not paint all the way down the my nail bed. It looked like I had already had the nail polish on for a week. Then I was trying to use my advantage purple discount card (they go around selling these cards then all you pay for is the tip). I called months in advance before it expired and multiple times to get a massage and never received a phone call back. If you want a spa experience go someone else because they do not offer it. read more

Missy is AWESOME! She did my hair and makeup, my bridesmaids hair, and the flower girls for my wedding in September. Even though we had some crazy Texas weather at my reception my hair stayed in place and my makeup was flawless. Vendettas was a great (relaxing) place to hang out with my bridesmaids and get ready that day. I definitely recommend this salon and Missy's services for future brides! read more

I did everything for my wedding at Vendetta's and it all turned out amazing! Linda Farmer is so incredibly helpful! I saw her name in a local bridal magazine, and went in for a consultation. She helped me pick out hair extensions, and did a trial run of my hair for my bridal shower (which looked amazing all afternoon). She also got my extensions ready for the big day! Linda also recommended Suzanne at Vendetta's to do my airbrush spray tan, and that was a definite must! I had never tanned before and I was worried about turning orange or being spotty, but the spray tan looked AMAZING and totally natural! THEN Linda recommended Melissa at Vendetta's to do our makeup. She was extremely nice and did the airbrush makeup which lasted for at least 12 hours. The day of the wedding, all six of my bridesmaids, my mom and I did hair and makeup at the salon. Everyone looked perfect, and everything went right on schedule. It was so nice for all of us to be together that morning, and everyone at Vendetta's was so nice and accommodating, we weren't worrying about anything that day! With a June wedding, I was worried our hair and makeup would get messed up in the heat, but we all looked great right up to the end of the night! I couldn't have asked for a better experience!! read more

My over all "experience" with this place has been a pain in the neck. Pretty ironic when all I wanted was a massage. Who ever is scheduling appointments needs to be fired, my 14yr old needs a job and from what I see of her boy band fan book and keeping track of own after schools activities she would do a damn better. Her organization is far more supurb than what we are having to be subjected to. I had a wonderful massage w Leah a month ago & promptly rebooked for 4wks out. When I showed up for appt. no one seemed to know what was going on. Unfortunately Leah was busy and I have not been able to let her know what went down. I have an upcoming appt. that I have cancelled because I don't want to deal with their unwelcoming, text messaging, gum snapping, inept money losing front desk. Shame since I really like Leah. I will definitely let her know of the money she is losing because of the front desk shenanigans. read more
