I've bought a few of her earrings/belly button piercings and the quality is nonpareil-- they don't tarnish and stand the test of time. It's always easy to get a hold of her to see if she's available and schedule an appointment. Don't go anywhere else! You don't want to mess up your eyebrows, they take weeks to grow back (speaking from experience lol)

She's basically a wizard. I often go a week or two longer than I ought to, and she always gets my lashes looking perfect. She is often booked out weeks in advance but will go out of her way to squeeze in her regulars if needed. Plus she's always great for a chat! They're no longer taking appointments anywhere but their (very nice) Towson location, which is a shame personally. However, the service and the prices here beat anywhere you will find in downtown Baltimore, so it's well-worth the drive. A 20% rate hike a couple of years back ($50 to $60 for a fill) was painful initially until I looked around and realized they are still the best value around!
