I decided to give this business a try and I've been a returning customer ever since. If you're reading this don't let the lack of reviews on here deter you. Her clients just seem to be active on other platforms with their reviews. Shana who also goes by Shay is the truth. Her booking site is straightforward and user friendly. You pick the service you want and you can either pay a deposit and the rest the day of or pay in full. When you arrive she welcomes you in and tells you to lean back when you're ready. There is always music playing, the place is clean and well lit. Shay is super friendly and will chat with you. But she is also super gentle. The appt is soothing and I always end up falling asleep and she is okay with that too. I usually get the hybrid lashes which is about $175 for a full set and then I go for an infill every 3 weeks and that's about $95. If you got this far what are you waiting for? It took less than 10 minutes and my eyebrows looked amazing. She also filled in my eyebrows to add a tail as they are short, and I think that was a nice touch as I didn't ask for that. She lead me to a room and told me that I could get undressed and under the blanket and she would be right back. Well the puppy came back before her. She entered the room to retrieve the puppy. I wasn't afraid of the puppy. I just didn't feel as comfortable as I would have liked to have been. She reentered the room. Played some music from her phone through a Bluetooth speaker. She began the massage. The massage was average. Nothing to get excited about. Once done the massage I got dressed and headed back to an open area to get my foot scrub. That too was just average. I didn't like the fact that during the services provided I had to hear the dog bark and also there is a braiding shop right underneath the massage parlor and I could here the chatter from downstairs. This location was on a main street so you also heard the traffic noise during the services provided. Both of the ladies that performed the services were very friendly and welcoming. Compared to other places that I've been to that provide these same services this is not at the top of the list. No complaints on the services received it just wasn't a very comfortable and relaxing location for me.

She is often booked out weeks in advance but will go out of her way to squeeze in her regulars if needed. Plus she's always great for a chat! They're no longer taking appointments anywhere but their (very nice) Towson location, which is a shame personally. However, the service and the prices here beat anywhere you will find in downtown Baltimore, so it's well-worth the drive. A 20% rate hike a couple of years back ($50 to $60 for a fill) was painful initially until I looked around and realized they are still the best value around!
