I don't wear a lot of makeup in general and didn't want to look like I suddenly did. But then my dentist mentioned Nora--turns out, she had her brows done by her and I had no idea. That's how natural they looked. So I gave it a shot, and I'm so glad I did. Nora was incredibly patient and supportive, walking me through everything and really listening to my concerns. My brows had started to fade with time and I just wanted to restore what I had, not reinvent my face. They looked super soft after the first session and lightened quite a bit, which I appreciated. Then, during the second round, things really came together. The shape, the softness, the shade--Nora nailed it. She respected my desire to keep everything natural, and I could not be happier with the outcome. I went in for microblade brow services and unfortunately the result was uneven. The appointment…read moretook place in a shared room where another client was receiving a facial, so the room was dark. A lamp was used for the microblading, and after the service when I got home I noticed asymmetry in my brows. When I brought this up, I was told the correction would require an additional follow-up fee for this semipermanent eyebrow work that I had already paid for. It's not like it will grow back they are shaped unevenly with semi permanent color. Which During the conversation, it was also stated that I had raised this issue before, which was not true. I clarified that this was my first time bringing up this concern and even sent dated photos of her previous work to show that the unevenness was specific to the most recent service only. Despite that, the situation continued to be framed as a recurring issue rather than addressing the current result. I was disappointed because I had good experiences previously and trusted her work. Ultimately, I chose not to proceed further and will be having the issue corrected elsewhere. I'm sharing this for transparency so others are aware of how lighting conditions, corrections, and communication are handled. So this doesn't happen to you too. It's honestly disappointing that I had to experience this. Especially when a business is trying to charge to fix a service that had already been paid for.
