During the treatment, Katelyn educated me on lash extensions, microblading, and teeth whitening--and their company's dedication to quality services. After 24hrs it only took one coat of mascara (regular straight lash wand) for my lashes to look curled up and "done". Before, I used a lash crimper to crimp my lashes with "5 pumps" (which I've now thrown out of my makeup routine) and 2-3 coats of mascara to make my lashes look the same level of curled and "done". She explained the process thoroughly and really took her time perfecting the outline for my consultation. My eyelids are fairly large but the structure of my upper eye area means they're covered during certain expression so eyeliner has always stamped above my eye eventually. I am someone who will need a blepharoplasty eventually and she not only listened to me but took the time to consider how the work would age over time which I really appreciate. The parking lot is a little tight but there are dedicated spots for this business so don't worry, you'll have somewhere to leave your car right out front. The salon is beautiful and very comfortable. Maiyia is warm and extremely pleasant to talk to. The procedure itself was comfortable and I felt in control the entire time. I feel like my consultation gave me really good expectations for the service and I was able to make an informed decision as far as shape and color and everything. I am honestly thrilled. The result is subtle enough to age with me but makes me look much more polished on no makeup days. This really doesn't hurt much. Your eyelids will be numbed. I felt more during eyelash extensions than I did the entire tattoo here. My eyelids swelled a little bit but it's barely perceptible and I could totally see to drive home. I would describe the pain level during as equitable to laser hair removal and the pain level immediately after is very light stinging. I really can't recommend this enough. I'm beyond thrilled and actually had a nice time which I did not expect. I didn't want anything else done when I came in but I stg I'm going to get lip blushing just to have an excuse to visit for an hour. She's that much of a doll. Pricing was very transparent, she takes cards and keeps to her quotes so you can feel confident going into this appointment. If you're thinking about it, I so so recommend. My pictures are maybe an hour after the process concluded. The effect is more dramatic in person than it photographs but it's honestly very adult/flattering and restrained. Absolutely thrilled. Know I've not even washed my face yet and if you've not had tattoos, there's ink that they wipe off as they apply so any smudginess is the excess ink. The line work is very clean and distinct Do know you can choose black or brown depending on how bold you want it. She will make sure it's flattering for your eye shape. ETA: also she did not do my eyebrows so don't judge her for how messy they are. That's allllll me.

Well, Jonah did them just 5 or 6 days ago. They are still healing now and will have to be touched up in 6 weeks. They are very dark now but will lighten up. November: I went for the touch up. I am very disappointed in the way my eyebrows turned out. They are too dark. She should have started with a lighter color to begin with instead of using a very dark brown. I'm blonde. Her lines are jagged/uneven at the end of my brow and they look black. I have to use eye brow pencil because there are holes in my brows where the microblading didn't take. She said I would have to come in for a touch up a couple more times.
