This is gonna be a thorough review so buckle-up. Firstly, I absolutely love my new brows! I feel like they make me look 10 years younger, and I now can go back to just popping on some mascara and chapstick if I wanna go out to run a few quick errands. The shop is absolutely beautiful, clean, and in a great location. Parking is easy, as well. This is nothing like going to get a tattoo. Farah is extremely meticulous in her screening process, so if you're not a good candidate for permanent makeup, she won't do it... which I appreciate and respect. She goes over your medical history, addresses all skin issues (which she is incredibly knowledgeable of), and then explains the process in detail... always checking in to make sure you're comfortable with the coloring, shape, and next steps. I'm covered in tattoos, and I have to say, this didn't even feel like getting tattooed. She uses plenty of numbing analgesics, and the process really just felt like heavy scratching... not painful at all. Again, she constantly checks in with you to make sure you're comfortable and explains what she is doing as she goes. You're sent home with an aftercare kit and thorough instructions on how to care for your new look. My brows were sore for about 24 hours, but I stayed on top of cleaning them and using the aftercare ointment, and the mild soreness wore off very quickly. If you stay within the timeframe, you even get a complimentary touch-up. Again, I'm thrilled with the results, as Farah is a true artist with a passion for making people feel better about themselves. Cannot recommend more highly! Also, shoutout to my amazing partner for the Christmas gift! Guys, if you wanna give your lady a gift that she will appreciate every single day, this is the way to go.

Let me start off by saying, Din is amazing and you absolutely need to see her for any permanent…read moremakeup procedures. I had gotten my eyebrows microbladed ~4-5 years ago elsewhere, and while I was happy with what I had gotten at the time, after seeing Din, I appreciate how much more care she takes in what she does, and the level of customer service she provides. Getting permanent makeup done, especially your brows, is a BIG procedure, and actually, a bit of an emotional one! And thankfully, Din is there every step of the way. I started the process by booking my consultation with her, which we did via Zoom due to COVID. Although I was fairly familiar with the process, she still took the time to explain everything so I was prepared for the procedure, and to allow me to tell her what I personally wanted. From there, we booked my first session! I got a combo brow, and Din took into account the shape of my face and what I told her I liked. The procedure itself was not bad at all; Din numbed me (and continued to do so throughout the procedure). While it is a very similar feeling to getting a tattoo, Din has such a light hand and made sure I was OK throughout the entire procedure so I never felt any pain - moreso I felt the vibrations from the machine and the eventual soreness that comes with getting a tattoo procedure (if you've sat for a tattoo, you know this feeling). (Also, as we got this done during COVID, I must say - Din's office is *spotless* and she took every precaution to ensure that we were safe, and of course, that everything was sanitized for the procedure itself.) Afterwards, she walked me through what I needed to do through the healing process and what to expect - the itchiness, the peeling and how dark and light it would be at different stages (she also provides a cute info sheet!). What's great is that Din also includes a touch-up with the fee you pay, which is amazing and really speaks to how much Din cares about the final result. All in all, Din gave me back my confidence, and saved me a lot of time trying to fill my brows every day!

I'm most certainly I am real, and disgusted. I made an appointment with this place to get permanent winged eyeliner. I sent in photos of what I was looking for, which was on their website, and photos of my eye. I was explained that the procedure could be done, and to go ahead and make the appointment which I did. Upon arriving, the woman taking care of me, I believe her name was Chris, appeared to have no clue what she was doing. It took her about a half an hour to finally draw the winged eyeliner correctly on my eye. But even with that, she still found a way to royally mess it up, and now I am permanently disfigured thanks to her. The owner, now she is a piece of work. At first, she was very apologetic, and explained that after this healed that it would be fixed. Now mind you, because of how bad this came out, Chris explained to me that I did not have to pay. This was more than just not liking the outcome, this looks absolutely nothing like what I have asked for. The owner was fine with this. Just a few days later when I asked for something, the owner got all defensive and started stating that I owed her money. Lol, there is not a chance in this world that I would pay for what you did to me, lady. Now, if she would've came out, respectfully and made an appointment with me to have this done the correct way and fixed, I would've been more than happy to pay for it. Unprofessional is not the word, ghetto is more like it. There are so many more places that would do an incredible job, and not be treated the way I was. One of her workers also put his hands on me which she likes to deny, but that's OK. Please do not make the unfortunate mistake that I did in going to this place. Because of the incompetence of her worker, which clearly was not trained properly, I now have to walk around, looking like a fool. I went from not having to wear makeup, to now I have to wear makeup every single day to try to correct what they did to me. I will let the photos speak for themselves. I researched after I got home to find it usually is $125 - 200. I was scammed. - I booked a consultation in advance - I confirmed twice and sent them photos of my eyebrows. As requested by them! I was booked for lip blush and when I came in thought I consulted for that. - During the consultation they offered me to do it right then and there. I agreed because I had the time and offered the rate of $350 - They said I had to put numbing cream for 20 minutes. They came in maybe after 5-10 minutes to begin and didn't even allow the numbing to set in. I was tearing during the session but powered through. - Afterwards I had some blonde eyebrow hairs. I thought that was normal but when I went home they were permanently blonde. On top of that I tipped!! I was kind and patient to come home to find out I was probably scammed and was disrespected as a client. This was very disappointing. I would've loved to give a better review but they took advantage of my kindness and my trust. If you want people to trust with your face and money this might not be the best option.
