I used a Groupon there a year ago and "Cat" did a decent cut on my medium length hair. I bought another coupon to go in 2 months. I have been dealing with a heart condition since. So I called to reschedule. Then I had to just reschedule again yet I called to cancel!!!! I was scheduled for 2 weeks ago by Joseph himself to come in. There were 2 stylists and Joe all with clients. In front of everyone there they humiliated me saying if I want them to cut my hair I had to be a walk in and wait!!!! Because I cancelled!!! They advertise on Groupon because they have no business!!!!!! They can keep the 39.00 they got from Groupon. read more

Giselle did an amazing job with my hair . The color was a mess when I went in (after a year of coloring at home ) But she truly is a magician , the color and cut look amazing . She explained everything she was doing and was warm and friendly . Salon is clean and welcoming as well . Very happy with my hair ! read more

I'm disappointed! The ladies were really nice and all but the color I asked for vs the color I got are completely different. I feel like the lady Lulu just rushed through it and didn't listen to what I wanted. I had my daughter get a cut and I asked the lady who did it to wash cut and style and she just washed, cut and passed the blower so my daughters hair looks like I could've done it myself at home. The only reason I brought her was to get the whole salon experience. I'll post the picture of what I asked for and what I got. I'm sorry I don't recommend this place sadly. read more

I had a great experience with Molly and Joe at the hair salon. They made me feel so welcome and comfortable for my hair appointment. I had partial highlights done and Molly was very intuitive as to what I wanted. The haircut also came out great and I feel so much lighter after she chopped off all my hair. I am definitely going back and I'm taking my daughter next for her cut. I defended recommend them! read more

Had a groupon $55 for partial highlight, deep conditioning, wash, blowout and hair cut (optional). We had called earlier and set appointment adn explained her we can spend 3 hrs max to get the highlight and she agreed and gave us appointment. when we went there, she said "you didnt tell me your hair is black, then she says groupon doesnt cover toner which will be additional $40. Then after looking at the blue highlight she says that would be another $100 and if I want sides to be covered additional $20. None of this is in pointed in groupon. She thought only blonds can get highlight. I asked if I cancel the appointment since you are deceitful of everything. She says we wont refund your money and we will consider you have used your groupon code. So we start at 10 am with the process of bleaching coloring etc. and still not done at 1.15. I had another appointment. It was all for my son for his birthday and he came out disappointed. She said you are rushing me so I couldnt finish. She had not done deep conditioning or blow dry plus I have upload the photo we had shown as sample vs what my son got. We paid around $200 all in waste. Not professional. Treatment and customer service was pathetic and racist. They may be good to locals here as they know them at personal level. I am never going there again and have shared the photos and my experience to all my Neighbours and friends who go there. I was sorry for her as she was pregnant. I had so much to say but stopped from loosing my mind on her. But this is total BS and waste of time and money including disappointing my son on his birthday. read more

I didn't want to leave only 1 star because my review is based on 1 stylist. I bought a groupon and was able to quickly book my appointment. Everyone was very nice and the place looked clean. When I spoke to the stylist she really seemed to understand what I wanted which was a trim and to shape it up a bit. My hair is very long and the layers were also very long. She cut away and I let her do her thing because I figured she's the expert and my hair needed it. Turns out I should have stopped her! My layers were cut very uneven and does not blend at all into my hair, it's like a shelf! She destroyed my bangs and face frame by cutting them straight across and one side much shorter, there's actually a chunk taken out so to even it out she cut a chunk out of the other side. I hadn't realized how badly uneven it was until I straightened it, I've also had people comment on the job she did. I didn't say anything, I just wanted to get out of there and I didn't call them because there's no way I'm going back. I'm so disappointed. read more

There is something to be said, when you can walk out of a hair salon and be very happy. I have been looking for that right color for years. I came here due to a recent move and a Groupon. You never kniw when it comes to groupon if its going to turn out well. I have to say. I have not smiled in years after getting my hair done. I highly recommend coming here. I bought a Groupon. And I went for deep conditioning and haircut. That was a few months ago when I had Margie. I liked my cut in the experience very well so I bought another one. Made my appointment with Margie. Got to my appointment and sat there and the owner of the studio asked me what I was doing there. I told him I had an appointment with Margie and he said she no longer work there. I asked why nobody informed me of that, since I would live more than a half an hour away, and he said she cleared out her appointments. Not a very good excuse. He asked if I could come back the next day or Friday and I said I would come back. I came back on Friday and cat cut my hair. She did not do the deep conditioning treatment, just squirted some conditioner in my hair and didn't even rinse it all the way out. She literally gave me the worst haircut I have ever had. She obviously did not know how to cut curly hair and made a botched up mess of my hair. And right before the holiday. The owner proceeded to retreat to the bathroom just so he would not have to address me when I left. I am very disappointed in this business. And left with a bad haircut and a bad experience. It's a shame because Margie was really good. I hope she left her a better studio. read more
