My mom and I both got full‑face threading, but the girls who worked on us clearly didn't know what they were doing. I even told her that I didn't feel the hairs being pulled out while she was threading, but she ignored my concerns, same with my mom. When we got home, the hair on my face was still there. It honestly feels like I paid for nothing. They finished a full face in less than 10 minutes, which has never happened at any other threading place I've been to. My daughter also got her eyebrows done, and they gave her a horrible shape. I would never come back and would not recommend this place to anyone. I have paid a total of $102 for the worst service ever. This place has changed ownership, and the girls who used to work here are no longer there, and it really shows.

Got my brow lamination with Sarah about 5 weeks ago. Absolutely loved the way my brows turned out, but wanted to see how long they would actually hold up. They are still going pretty strong! Sarah takes her time with your brow lamination and tint (the whole process was about an hour). I loved the way they looked right after, and pleasantly, I was able to enjoy them for weeks after. I have another appointment with her next week, since holidays are coming up. I feel like I could have gone another week or two and they would still look good!
