I got my lashes done about 3 weeks ago going on 4(that being said I have gone to her a little over a year now). I have never had my lashes last so long and each time they keep the same retention, product quality always perfect ! And i have oily to some what dry complexion. She's always so gentle, kind but manages her time very well. I've never been to a lash artist that has treated me with such a warm comforting welcome every time i come into the salon. UPDATE: PLEASE READ THE RECENT REVIEWS FOR THIS LOCATION!! There are two other reviews underneath mine that share a similar experience. Unfortunately I didn't read the Yelp reviews before I booked this location but I wish I had, would've saved me a lot of distress. Alma needs to work on her customer service skills and by the other reviews from a month ago I'm not the only one who thinks so. DO NOT GET SERVICED AT THIS LASH SALON!!! Unless you want to be robbed of your hard earned money!! The owner of this location has her lash services extremely high priced for lashes that lack high quality, and services that do not accommodate the customer. I got my lashes done here once & I will not be returning due to the extremely rude, arrogant & lack of accountability or concern that the owner portrays for her clients. I paid $165.00 for lashes that lasted 5 days & was told to return for my fill in 14 days. Being someone who rarely gets lash extensions I wasn't sure what to expect as far as fall out but, to have clumps of my lashes fall out daily and for my lashes to be completely bald by day 5 I felt that was excessive considering the price I paid. Within 24 hrs I contacted the owner due to my concern of my lash fall out that first day & she told me I could come in so she could fix the issue for an additional $20, AFTER I just paid $165.00 less that 24 hours ago. Again like I previously stated I'm very new to the lash extension world so I wasn't sure how much normal lash services run but to pay $165.00 initially, then to pay an extra $20.00 the very next day and then to follow up again in 14 days to pay another 80-90 dollars for lash extensions is absurd. Due to my severe lash fall out I wasn't able to book a fill I would've had to book ANOTHER NEW SET which is an extra $165.00 after I JUST PAID $165.00 7 days ago and the most the owner was willing to accommodate me was $20 dollars off. That is $20 dollars off a $330.00 lash service within 10 days. That is absolutely preposterous and you should be ashamed for even charging people that amount of money in a pandemic where the unemployment rate is higher than ever, has been ongoing & we are all trying to be intentional about how and where we spend our money. So to expect your clients to spend $265.00 dollars in two weeks for lashes that fall out within a week is highway robbery, unethical & shows that you have no regard or concern at all for your reputation how you treat your clients or how you make them feel. Please spend your money on an lash business who is going to be concerned with her work ethic, quality and care for you after you have paid and is interested in building a rapport with you because this location is not read more

Based off the first appt. I had this would be a 4 star review. My first appt was with Nancy for a volume full set, she honestly did a great job but I had to take away a star due to the appt taking 4hrs, which was originally advertised as ~2hrs. The second appt. I booked with Alma for a fill because I knew on my appt. day I would be getting off from working a night shift and I would want to get in and get out at the booking slot of ~1hr. I arrived and immediately felt uncomfortable as Alma tried to pass me back to Nancy. I tried to explain what I mentioned above that she did great but I just cant sit that long for an appt. Then a quick 40mins later I was out the door. I didnt realize until I got home that she didn't remove any of the crazy overgrown lashes from before, which was about 70% of the lashes I had. 48hr later it was time to lightly wash them and to my surprise a crap load came out. *Not with my own lash attached, which would be how they would shed if it was regular shedding of natural lashes*. I obviously was upset to pay the price and tip well to get this result. I couldn't even call to fix them because I work 12hr shifts and wouldnt be able to get them fixed for another week and at that point I already was distrustful. Overall very frustrating to waste time and money and have to look for a new lash tech/ business. *To Note: I've been getting lash extensions for years and I know how to care for them, I always wash them before going to an appt. I don't apply moisturizer or other products near my eye area/ by my lashes after cleansing them before the appt.* read more

I LOVE going to bombshell for my lashes. Nancy has been doing them since I couldn't find anyone to accommodate me while being pregnant. But bombshell has such comfortable reclining chairs so I'm not laying flat on my back. Both Nancy and Alma are so friendly and professional. My lash retention has been great on top of that. When I first saw Alma's instagram page, I was blown away by how thick, fluffy and perfect all the models' eyelashes were, but thought to myself that my eyelashes could not hold the voluminous extensions. Originally, I didn't see any Asian models, as most Asian eyelashes are thinner and sometimes weaker than Caucasian/Hispanic eyelashes. I had dismissed her page or a bit thinking that my mono eyelid and wispy eyelashes were just not the same. However, my previous lash specialist moved and I decided to try Bombshell Lashes. To my surprise, I was blown away that Alma was able to achieve the voluminous look on me that no other location had been able to complete. They always told me that my eyelashes were too thin and weak. Not only that, while my eyelashes did not fall out at a faster rate from other places, they did thin out a bit. However, within a month of going to Alma, I noticed that my lash line was full again and all the sparse places on my eyelid had filled in. (Side note: Amazing Lash Studio caused a high rate of lash fallout; it's because their eyelash extensions are standardized) On an unrelated compliment, Alma is very sweet, accommodating and easy to work with. Both times, I asked for a fill last minute and she was quick to fit me in. During my appointment, I fell asleep (literally KTFO) the moment I laid down, jerked my eyes open twice mid-sleep, twitched....I think i even snorted once and then garbled some mumbled words at her. Alma is THE BEST at lash extensions!! Hands down. The few times I've attempted to get lash extensions by other lash techs in the area were unsuccessful. My lash extensions would either end up being not as voluminous as I wanted them to be for the price I paid to get them done or I would get told that I didn't have enough natural lashes to get the full glam lash look I desired so I resorted to wearing lash strips daily. Came in for "modeling" for a class, and the owner was extremely nice. The class was to teach classic and volume lashes. I have waited a few days to write this review to see how the lashes would turn out within the next few days. I waited a total of 4 days before writing, and the eyelashes are looking great. None have fallen, I have showered and the eyelashes are still intact and as voluminous as the first day. They're extremely comfortable, and they don't get in my way. I have had so many people come up to me and tell me that they don't make me look weird. And I know that it's because the lady and her students took the time to make sure everything was OK. She made sure I felt comfortable and she would always supervise her students work. The bed they had me lay on was comfortable too. I will post an update when I go back to get another set done.
