Older lady is rough. Since there was a line she was going really quick on her clients. I come up and she starts going really quick where her thread goes inside my Eyeball!!!! I thought she threaded my eyelashes! When checking she didnt but really? Why would you be so rough and quick where the thread ends up going in my eye. Thankfully she pulled back before she did any damage to my eye. Place is really cute and i saw they offer many services. I def won't be back. I got a brow tint and shape today (Monday) around 1:20pm and it was not very busy since it was a Monday. It was so pretty and clean inside. The owner was working today and she saw me immediately was really friendly and so fast on my brows. Actually this whole experience was the fastest and best brow experience I've ever had! Moved back to this area and was trying to find someone to thread my eyebrows. Saw the excellent reviews so I decided to try it out even though it's a bit out of the way. It's located in a strip mall on a busy street. There's a clipboard to sign in and you can write down your service e as well as preferred person. Karen seemed to be really nice to the first two people before me but seemed really cold to me when it was my turn, not sure why. The vibes just weren't there and the results weren't matching everyone else's experience with her. My eyebrows are too thin, and one is also thinner than the other. I don't think she sanitized her hands between clients and handling money either but that just can be my faulty memory. $10 for eyebrows $5 for upper lip Probably won't return read more

I started coming here about 6 months ago and I will say that every lady working is very kind. The owner is especially sweet and patient and the decor in the space is cute too. My only gripe is that the ladies prioritize efficiency over quality. I have come home every single time and tweezed MANY hairs that were missed. They thread super fast, like under 2 mins fast. The shaping is decent and they listen to what you want, but the execution just isn't there sadly. read more

I got my eyebrows threaded for $8 - no appointment needed! There's a special on Mondays-Thursdays; otherwise, the rate is $10/threading. This is a no frills walk-in threading salon that also offers waxing and facials. It's located in an unassuming strip mall in Orange, but it got the job done. I've attached a picture of my brows post-threading. I have thin, subtle brows so I asked the owner to not overdo it. She added definition to my otherwise flat-looking eyebrows by creating more of an arch with them. This will allow me to add eyebrow pencil with more edge /definition. read more

Omg horrible experience!! I typically go to another salon but my lady closed early and I was desperate to get my brows and upper lip down. I've been to Sai before but I think the management has changed. The ladies themselves were nice but my lady was extremely slow, she threaded one hair at a time so it hurt way more. I asked her to wax my upper lip and she burned me!! You can see in the pics. I was so upset! I was going away for a girls weekend that weekend and my whole weekend was ruined. I didn't realize it at the time but when I went home, my hubby was like wth?! I didn't even have a chance to go back and yell at them because I was out of town right after. I've been coming here since the lockdowns ended. My eyebrows were such a disaster! My first couple of times were visits for threading until I discovered eyebrow lamination after seeing images on Yelp. I decided to take the leap. I was hesitant at first because of my hypersensitive skin. I am very limited to what I am able to put on my face or near my eyes. I had many questions for the owner, Karen, about the process and about my concerns, and she answered every question and took the time to explain everything to me. I finally went for it and can say I am forever hooked!! I didn't have any irritation whatsoever and now will travel the 2-hour roundtrip, because it is so worth it! Karen has taken my eyebrows to a whole different level! You don't realize what an important role eyebrows play in framing your face till you have perfect eyebrows (thanks to Karen!). The time it takes to get ready has been cut drastically. I can't begin to say how wonderful it is to wake up with great brows! I even feel more confident without any makeup on. I've been satisfied with every visit, and everyone I've seen leave that salon has walked out with beautiful eyebrows. I went in to get my eyebrows done since the lady I normally go with is out of town (I could've waited for her to come back but I needed to look sharp for some personal reason ;). Anyways I go in, she starts doing my eyebrows & she was not smooth at all with the threading. It was almost like she was struggling, after she finished I started noticing that she missed a lot of spots & honestly I should've said something but I decided to lie & say she did good . When it was time to pay I declined on the option to tip & she had the audacity to FROWN. My barber ended up having to clean my eyebrows since she missed so many hairs, I strongly suggest to look for another place to get your eyebrows done.. read more

Unbelievable. Kiran did an amazing job on my microblading. I seriously cannot believe how much the ink looks like natural hair. ALSO, for $399, this is the most reasonable price I've seen around, ESPECIALLY for her work. It is so amazing! (you can be the judge based on the picture I post). Detailed Review: For the past few years, I have lost a lot of eyebrow hair. I have been considering getting microblading for a while and thought the perfect person to do my eyebrows would be the person I have gone to for the past 15 years (I followed her to her locations!!). I now go to her on/off because I moved for college/law school/legal masters, and then for work. But when I am in town visiting, she is the person I go to. So trust me, she is good. Day of Microblading: Kiran first started with mapping out my eyebrows. She pretty much nailed the exact thickness and length on the first try. But she gives you ample time to stare in the mirror and let her know your thoughts or what you want to change. Then she numbed my eyebrows. After, she started the mircroblading process. I read a lot of articles and saw a lot of youtube videos on how painful it is, but, honestly, I didn't think it hurt at all. It may feel a little uncomfortable with the scraping, but I didn't think it was painful at all. When the process is finished and you look at yourself in the mirror, DO NOT BE ALARMED. It may look too dark or thick, but I promise you it'll be fine. Day 1-7 POST Microblading: The color of the brows starts to lighten up. The brows also start flaking/scabbing a little. Don't pick at them, just let them be. They will come off just fine. It has only been about a week since I received my microblading treatment, but I will update this post as soon as I get my touch-up (5 weeks post micro-blading). At the touch-up appointment, Kiran will observe how my skin took the color and she will touch-up the brows based on what she has observed. All-in-all, I reallllly love my eyebrows. I feel like they are back to the brows I used to have a few years ago. It has literally been a game changer. There are two beauty investments that I have made that have resulted in two of the best decisions I've ever made: microblading and laser hair removal. Update coming soon!! read more
