The communication on their end was terrible all the way up until getting my car back, including when they suggested and assured certain dates and after those weren't met they failed to even reach out to explain it'd be another week. After receiving my car back after nearly a month, it took a few days before the rear panels on both sides of my car were loose and flapping in the wind while driving. Upon going back to get them to fix their mistake there was another woman with similar frustrations who has a car stuck there and can't get them to respond to a phone call. So clearly doesn't seem like a coincidence. Would highly recommend going elsewhere to save some time and stress.
