I have literally never written a yelp review so quickly in my life, but this one really deserves it. My car got hit and run by a snow plow during the January snowstorm and Elite Body Works did an amazing job fixing it! Ken is very knowledgeable and just all around a kind person. Progressive tried to make me pay extra out of pocket for something really dumb and Ken was able to argue with them so I wouldn't have to pay it. On top of this, I came back to my wheels looking shiny new and my floor mats completely cleaned - totally didn't expect it and made my day! I would highly recommend this shop!! read more

I found not just Ken but the whole team here to be easy and focused on top quality service. They really care about their clients. 1. When I realized I needed a rental, they drove me to Enterprise. 2. Ken called me with daily updates to let me know what was happening since the adjuster from my insurance company needed to re-appraise the job based on deeper damage that Ken identified and my insurance company missed. 3. Ken also worked with the quote from the insurance company and assured me that I wouldn't pay another dime...it would come from insurance. 4. Ken helped me see that it might be time to go with another insurance provider. And he made some helpful recommendations. 5. They detail your car for you as a free included service...inside and out. My car was rear-ended recently. I brought the vehicle in to Ken for a free estimate, and he was incredibly thorough in evaluating any and all damage. He went beyond my expectations in also explaining to my fiance and me the damage he identified. He laid out multiple options for replacements/repairs of parts and helped summarize the pros/cons of each option. Although we did not end up using his service (due to unique logistical reasons unrelated to Ken or his business), we were incredibly impressed with his honesty and patience in helping us through the stressful situation. If you don't try another body shop first, you may not realize how good Ken is. His quote was a third lower, and he was much, much nicer, than the other shop I went to. EXCELLENT work. I had to have my entire rear quarter replaced on my "cranberry" Grand Prix, and upon getting it back, it looks brand spankin' new! The paint job is unreal! Ken and his staff are super friendly, even when I was calling every other day to check in, I never picked up any hint of annoyance...which is much appreciated =). They started working on my car as soon as it was in the shop, it didn't sit around waiting for repair. Ken is up front and clear about what he's doing. There was a repair that my insurance company recommended that wasn't really feasible, and Ken explained that to me and took care of making that change to the estimate with the insurance co. Bonus, they give a basic detailing to your interior! This was a very pleasant surprise when I got the car back. I couldn't wait to return my stupid rental and drive my fresh, new feeling car. I brought my honda CRV in to see if I could just have two scratches repaired. The last auto body shop I went to said there was no way they could do the scratch on the hood without painting the whole hood. They quoted me $600 for the hood scratch and another on the driver side door. At Elite, Ken said he would do the scratches and recommended that I get the touch up paint from the dealer ($7) so it would be an exact match and I wouldn't have to pay Ken to mix it. I got the paint. I dropped the car. The scratches are gone and sealed. Ken asked for $50!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ken is kind, does what the customer asks, and excellent at his craft, Ill be going back and recommending him! Truly a class act! read more

There's a reason why Elite gets all these 5 star ratings. They were personable, explained the job, cooperated with insurance, and most importantly, did great work. At pick up, they had thoroughly cleaned the car inside and out, did touch ups (not included in the job), and repaired mistakes made by the shop up the street on a previous job (at no additional charge). I'm shocked that it's possible for everyone to have a 5-star experience at an auto shop... but apparently it is. I dropped by the other morning to ask about pieces of plastic that appeared to be broken hanging down off my car. The gentleman I spoke with immediately jumped up, came outside, looked at my car, ran back in, returned with small plastic "pins," and pinned the pieces of plastic back up. When I asked how much I owed him, he waved me off. I was in and out in 10 minutes, with the issue 100% resolved and all my money still in my pocket. I'll be back when the need arises!! read more

This place is great, all the 5 star reviews are true. Took about 10 days to fix some damage to my rear quarter panel/bumper. Geico tried to get the shop to fix it on the cheap, but Ken wouldn't do it unless it was done correctly. Highly recommend this shop and will be returning in the future for sure. read more

Honestly, the owner Ken, is one of the best. My husband stopped by earlier this week regarding an issue with the trunk of our car. Our car had been hit in the parking lot which led to the trunk being banged up and impossible to shut. Ken inspected the car and took only a few minutes to fix the trunk without charge when other bodyshop reps had told us that our only option was to replace it. We are so grateful!
