Just like the first project, Dave was extremely responsive and his quote ended up being much better than my neighbors fence guy. My neighbor also wanted to perfectly match the vinyl fence he had installed previously on the other side of his yard and Dave just took one look at a photo and instantly knew the brand name and color and was able to get that material while still honoring the quote. So we went with Dave. While Dave was completing the fence my neighbor was having some major renovation work done in his home and he had a lot of contractors out there at the same time. Daves work and professionalism impressed the other contractors who were out there too, so much so that my neighbor said they (the other contractors) plan on calling Dave for their fence work as well. When you never replied, I just figured you were not interested in the job. I thought it was a done deal. Then Yelp contacted ME,and asked how my experience was with you. ONLY because Yelp reached out to me did I submit that review. Obviously THEY knew a request was made otherwise they wouldn't be asking how it went. The error is on YOUR end. It either got lost or Yelp messed up somewhere. You mentioned the other company that I submitted same type of rating for. That company contacted me and apologized for not getting back to me. They claim they didn't my request either, but rather than getting nasty, they said it must have gotten lost in the system somewhere. They were courteous and apologetic, and asked for another opportunity to make things right. I gave it to them. Next time know your facts before you make such statements.

In my opinion, Riverside Fence Co. can be an expensive option. Based on my experience while working there, their labor pricing could significantly increase the overall cost of a fencing project. Two companies I would personally recommend getting estimates from are: UC Fence -- Eric or Jason 909-889-4300 Mesa Fence -- Leland 951-837-8225 In my experience, both are worth considering if you're looking for quality fencing, professional installation, and competitive pricing. Just as important as the installation itself is what happens after the sale--communication, warranty service, repairs, and standing behind the work. This is simply my personal opinion based on my experience in the fencing business. My recommendation is to get multiple bids, compare exactly what you're receiving, ask about warranties and post-installation service, and make the decision that's best for you. The whole process from the time that we had the estimate, to the completion of the project has been extremely professional. Every commitment that was made to me was kept, and the quality of the workmanship is absolutely perfect. In fact, if you get the opportunity to request Joe, Aaron, Joe Junior and Juan to do your installation, I would rather wait an extra 2 to 3 weeks until those guys were available. I'm sure the other guys that they have are very good, but I just don't know them. But these guys did my installation and the workmanship is superb. The attention to detail, the angle cuts. Joe is an experienced master carpenter and knows exactly what he's doing. Anyway, this is absolutely a top notch company and it's the second time that I have used them for fencing, and they will be the only company I ever called for fencing. And as an added bonus, their pricing is exceptionally competitive.
