The mall itself was like a ghost town, it was pretty empty on a Sunday afternoon and I see that a lot of stores are closed down. Totally gave me Carlsbad mall graveyard vibes when it was getting revamped. I would visit again, but only if I was in the area.

Ive purchased from Ga Dang and the clerk was discourteous, making me wait more than 15 minutes for lemon while she attended everyone else. It was rude, and felt like she purposely ignored my request twice. On another occasion, I purchased food from a different vendor but wished to buy a beer from Batter Rebellion. I was refused service in front of a ton of guest and required to stand outside in the RAIN, which was embarrassing and rude. Most recently, my sick coworker was informed that outside drinks, a Gatorade, are not permitted. I would understand if he was bringing an alcoholic beverage but he was sick and still chose to purchase food here. While we understand the need for policies, these restrictions seem excessive for an outdoor dining area that should provide a welcoming atmosphere for paying customers. Additionally, I attempted to visit during your advertised grand opening hours of 11am-9pm, only to find the establishment closed. As loyal customers who patronize this location regularly, we believe these policies warrant reconsideration to better serve your clientele.

We waited very little, about 10 minutes. We had the 'Stir Fried Noodles with Beef' from the main dishes and the 'Chicken and Shrimp' from the Combination menu. Wow! Everything was fresh and tasted so good. The flavors were spot on. Even for a takeout order, the presentation was excellent. I also treated myself to a refreshing 'Strawberry Boba smoothie', which perfectly complemented the meal. The experience was great, with reasonable prices and generous portions. Apparently I can't pay because the membership card is in my partner's name, nevermind that we are a single household and that we signed up together... She told me Costco isn't open to the public, kind of suggesting that I needed to leave the premises. I am very confused and try to explain, and she cuts me off to ask me if in another situation I would be able to "use his driver's license." Wow, I didn't realize this was such srs business (Also just all sass and no bark, you can certainly use someone else's driver's license situationally, for example for picking up a prescription...)! Okay, so he ended up using my same card on Apple Pay via *his* phone. What a difference you have made. Did the power trip feel good? If that's Costco's policy, fine, I accept and will learn for the future, but I would have appreciated being informed normally. The sarcasm was totally uncalled for.
