They also have a variety of games (ping pong, corn hole). Every employee we interacted with was friendly and positive. While there were some challenges during the Mexico game due to the unexpectedly large crowd, it's clear management listened to customer feedback and has taken steps to be better prepared for future events that will draw large crowds. I appreciate businesses that are committed to improving and creating a great experience for their guests. This is an amazing addition for the community! It's our first time shopping at a Costco and my partner and I don't know our stuff quite yet. I try to pay at checkout and she gets very snappy with me. Apparently I can't pay because the membership card is in my partner's name, nevermind that we are a single household and that we signed up together... She told me Costco isn't open to the public, kind of suggesting that I needed to leave the premises. I am very confused and try to explain, and she cuts me off to ask me if in another situation I would be able to "use his driver's license." Wow, I didn't realize this was such srs business (Also just all sass and no bark, you can certainly use someone else's driver's license situationally, for example for picking up a prescription...)! Okay, so he ended up using my same card on Apple Pay via *his* phone. What a difference you have made. Did the power trip feel good?
