Located in the Rosemont Chicago designer outlet mall on the second floor, this is a store that you should stop in and frequently. This is the closest location to the city proper. Although it is a smaller size store, they usually have great bargains. The entire store is normally 50 to 60% off everyday, with colognes never going higher than 50% off. They have everything from suits, shirts, sweaters, pants, toiletries, shoes and more. If you like the brand, I highly recommend checking it out the store. The everyday prices are great, but the best bargains are on holiday weekends where the vast majority of the store is 70% off. The workers are generally very helpful, but respectful if you want to browse on your own. One of the better stores for men in the outlet mall. read more

Do not shop here. Returns are a big deal and they don't know how to process them and blame it on the computer system.

As a loyal customer and once even an employee of the brand it is shameful what this store had turned into. "Supervisor" Anthony has no place in any customer facing roles. His lack of engagement, borderline disrespectful demeanor is hurting this store. Even other customers in the store commented on his sub par service. Will be ordering online moving forward. read more

Perry Ellis is a great place to get "off the rack" suits. The sales professionals are knowledgeable and nice. And I love the suits! Sometimes I need the suits altered by a professional, sometimes I do not. The suit prices are always a bargain, even after factoring in the cost of tailoring. Based on available choice and cost, I typically do not prefer to purchase cufflinks or neckties at Perry Ellis. But that's okay, because Perry Ellis rocks great suits. While the rest of the Fashion Outlets leaves much to be desired, Perry Ellis is a win. read more

Can I give the place six out of five stars? No? Lame!!!!! This place was amazing!!!! I visited here earlier today looking for some dress shoes and other items for my new job. They were having a sale, so I figured, why not?!?! Went in and even though it was quiet busy, was immediately greater by Danny. He explained the sale, and said if I needed anything to call him over and he would be happy to help. This was a nice change, considering the HORRIBLE service I received at Zenga, Samsonite, K. Cole, and a few others..but you get the picture. After I had found what I wanted he checked me out and had a nice chat with me about being new to Chicago and so on. A little nice pleasant talk goes a LONG way in customer service. I will definitely be coming back here in the future!!! read more

I would give this store 0 stars if given the opportunity. My significant other went into the store looking for suits and the staff was awful. He tried on a suit which I told him I didn't like and the short bald male staff member took offense in the corner said "live your life, we don't tell women what to wear!" Then proceeded to look at my handbag and say "and we don't tell them what handbags to buy either". Needless to say my mouth dropped and I left the store. read more

I buy all of my suits here. I am a banker and wear one every day so I constantly need to buy new ones. Everyone here is friendly and knowledgeable. I feel very welcomed when I go. The associates that helped me the most where Danny Riviera, Amy, Jason and Lexi. Danny was new when he helped me the first time but it didn't seem that way. Jason picked out a legit tie that pulled the whole suit together and Amy (I think she is a manager) was their to provide support. I tend to not review places as opposed to giving a bad review, but in this case, I feel obligated. I had to return a shirt due to a sizing issue. The first time I returned I had forgotten the receipt. The clerk told me that even though one tag was missing (removed by me for gifting purposes) I could return it with the receipt. So I proceeded to purchase another shirt. The second time I returned, a different clerk told me there were no exchanges or money back without the one missing tag. There were still two other tags on the shirt. He did offer me a discount on another shirt, but I find their return policy so reprehensible that I did not want to further support the store. Piece of advice: make sure to maintain all tags on anything purchased until you're 100% sure you're keeping the item. read more
