I understand the tow itself, but the way this business operates raised serious concerns. We were told the fee was cash only, no receipts, and no change could be given. The total came to nearly $600 for two vehicles. There was no ATM on-site, no proper office, and no visible signage or security cameras--just a few people at a gate collecting cash in the middle of the night. The employees couldn't explain their rates or provide any documentation showing how they calculated the amount. After talking with others, I learned that many people have reported different random charges and the same cash-only policy over the past few months. I've since filed an official complaint with the Florida Department of Agriculture & Consumer Services for investigation. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise caution when dealing with this company. Their practices felt unprofessional, inconsistent, and completely lacking in transparency.
