I can't say enough good things about the service and responsiveness of Willie's when I was literally stuck on the side of the FL Turnpike and found that even AAA couldn't get a towing company to come out. Willie answered his phone, communicated with me throughout and delivered my vehicle to the dealership for the exact amount we agreed on. This Owner is not accredited in any way and has 0 respect for people. He's a scammer who pulls vehicles from junk yards, puts a lien on your license to force you to pay for property you don't own. A motorcycle that was sold for parts over a decade ago, some how I incurred a lean for a tow??? That's right, he claims this incomplete bike has been on the road for over 10 years with no plate and he refuses to give the location to pay and pick up the "bike" or even send a simple picture. The other person on the title (that makes 2 people he hit with this false lien) made the hours long treck to the address on the claim just for no one to be there, No said bike and no response from the owner "Willie" if that's even true. I live in California so there's no way for me to retain a title for this property or pick it up. I was also told NOT to send him money via the clerks office, DMV AND the police department there in FL. I was advised of how to move forward and will. I hope anyone else he's done this too continues to file fraud against him as well. He also states the bike is to be auctioned off on his property the at 9 am on the 14th of February 2023. I understand the tow itself, but the way this business operates raised serious concerns. We were told the fee was cash only, no receipts, and no change could be given. The total came to nearly $600 for two vehicles. There was no ATM on-site, no proper office, and no visible signage or security cameras--just a few people at a gate collecting cash in the middle of the night. The employees couldn't explain their rates or provide any documentation showing how they calculated the amount. After talking with others, I learned that many people have reported different random charges and the same cash-only policy over the past few months. I've since filed an official complaint with the Florida Department of Agriculture & Consumer Services for investigation. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise caution when dealing with this company. Their practices felt unprofessional, inconsistent, and completely lacking in transparency.

After they changed my front brakes, and let them convince me the rotors needed changed but...did not. What was I thinking?! Anyway...finally had funds to get the rear brakes done. Was given an estimate but then AFTER the brakes were done & I got the bill it was $200 higher (I realize and estimate is just that) however $200 when they couldn't get the ones quoted so got the more expensive ones, without telling me First! Considering I am barely surviving on SS (which they were aware of my financial constraints) but even if not...they should've told me BEFORE they did the job giving me the option to reschedule!! It wasn't a dire emergency! It wouldn't been the smart decision...it's just poor business sense if one really cares about retaining a customer! On top of that, the rotors unlike the front ones which aren't near as bad, have the greatest amount of brake dust I've ever experienced on my 19 yo car...it accumulates in less than 2 days! They constantly need Cleaned it's so horrendous and unsightly...and for $200 MORE?!?! Plus they Screech when I brake!! Unacceptable & Inexcusable!! This Flying J has 12 automobile fueling stations and a separate area for highway truckers. The fuel offered for automobiles are octanes 87, 89, and 92. Plus diesel is offered. They have extended handle windshield squeegees which makes cleaning windshields a lot easier if you have a large car or truck. Inside they have just about every imaginable car and truck accessories needed - from oils, antifreeze, to CB radios. They have coffee stations where you can grind your own or choose from hot bins of House premium coffees. For those wanting more than just a snack, this Flying J had a Subway inside and a Denny's attached to the side. Prices seem reasonable and competitive with similar places. A lot of professional truckers stop here. The restrooms are clean and there's dedicated shower rooms for them, along with a tv lounge and game room. The employees are polite and friendly. This is a good place to stop.

We were traveling on I95 from Daytona to Fort Lauderdale on a Sunday night when our tire ripped. We had a spare put on but we still had about a 2 hour drive back home. We had to find someone to change our tire and not charge us an arm and a leg. We called a few places before we found Willie. He was a God send! He happened to be close by. He changed our tire and got us back on the road in less than an hour. We are thankful for his wonderful service.
