As seen in my other reviews I gut renovated a 3 bedroom apartment and came here at Perry's Flooring America for my bathroom floor and wall tiles, kitchen backsplash tiles, as well as my hardwood floors. The reason I decided to purchase from here was probably Ray who really works with you and your needs. He patiently explained everything I needed to know to make an informed decision and even after I left the store kept tabs and let me know when new products or colors were coming in. The process was seamless with them and he really worked with me regarding delivery and customer service issues that I had. Finally when I needed to reorder certain things he was able to turn it around quite quickly. I have used this company several times to find myself always going back! Ray came by for estimate and measurements and the flooring took 2 weeks to come in which was perfectly fine. I had used the same flooring for my kitchen and decided to use this in my basement. One thing, I am impressed with is his employees. One can buy floors anywhere but it's the installers with their perfection is what matters. Byron and Jean who installed the floors were amazing. They were very kind, pleasant to talk to and were incredible with the workmanship and paying attention to all details. I will be visiting again when another project comes up!! read more

Ray visited my home the same day I called to inquire about an estimate . We discussed some flooring options and he recommended what was best for the carpeting I wanted to replace with luxury vinyl tile. I had to wait four weeks for material to come in (bummer, but not their fault). Byron and his assistants completed my install and I'm thrilled! The guys were courteous, professional, neat and a pleasure to have for this project. Details for the job were communicated along the way and Ray called throughout to touch base with me. -Cant say enough about how pleased I am with Ray and his team from Perrys. Ray was super helpful during the selection process helping us select the best carpet for our kids in the basement and beat the big box stores by a substantial amount. Install team was prompt neat and professional and when I notice a small flaw they immediately stopped what they were doing and corrected it. Then the worst happened. Two days after install, my water heater broke and soaked a portion of my new carpet. I called Ray and he walked me thru the process on how to dry the carpet out. We used Perry's Flooring and had flooring installed in our kitchen and two hallways yesterday. We went with Armstrong Vivero luxury vinyl planks. We're very happy with the results. Jean and his helper Walter did a wonderful job. I like that Perry's uses their own installers so I didn't have to find a separate contractor to install the flooring. (Some flooring stores don't have their own people to do the work.) Jean is a true professional at his job. He and Walter were hardworking, courteous, neat, efficient, and they are also really nice guys. It was a pleasure, and I would highly recommend using Perry's Flooring America. read more

Our entire experience was 5 star. Ray helped us pick the perfect floor and scheduled our delivery and installation. Tim and Byron arrived to do the installation and they were on time, efficient and clean. They moved around our furniture as they installed the floor and put everything back in its place, perfectly, when they were done (without my help!). I ordered what we thought would be simple basement steps carpeting. When I ordered they told me ten days maximum. After twelve business days I called and they said it had not come in yet but was expected the next day and they would give me a call. I received no call the next day. The following day (14 days) I called and they said that they have not seen it but it was probably in and we can make an install date. We made a date for the following Monday (16 business days later). I arranged for my Dad to be there and they were expected sometime around 12. At approximately 1:30 I got a call to let me know that they would not be coming at all because someone had called in sick. He said he would call me back once he was in the store to arrange for a new day and time. I was not happy!! Well, I got NO phone call. On my way home from work I stopped in the store to find the gentleman sitting on his phone, watching TV. We now have a date fore Saturday morning (3 weeks from time of ordering). This store is one I would NOT go back to, horrible customer service! read more
