This company is wonderful. I had been searching for months for someone to print copies of my 12 x 12 scrapbook pages. A scanner for this purpose does not exist, so I had to photograph each page, pull them up on my computer in Photoshop and send them to Persnickety Prints. I asked him to send me a sample of one of the pages so I could see what it looked like. After receiving the information, they immediately texted me a picture, then called me to let me know of some small imperfections. They guided me through the process of how to pull up the pictures on my computer to make them the proper resolution, which I had no clue how to do beforehand. They were concerned about the quality, which was so refreshing that somebody actually cared about what they were doing. I decided to go ahead and just have them print them as they were instead of spending three days going through the process again. While they were not perfect, by absolutely no fault of Persnickety Prints, the copies came out exactly as I had hoped for. Their prices are amazing! I wish I had something good to say but I don't. I called ahead to see if they do a certain size print the lady said yes and to come in and they'd get the order in. Later that day I went in and the lady at the front was so rude, she told me they don't do In store orders which I fine I understand (annoying though since the lady on the phone told me I could come in and order). The lady at the front told me I'd have to order it online, but when she denied me help to figure out the online process I was frustrated. She told me to "figure it out" and that it's not hard. She said if I couldn't figure it out on my own then to look it up on YouTube. I said since I'm here can't you just guide me through the process and she said no and told me again to do it myself. Horrible customer service. I have ordered 4x3 and 3x4( in retro) pictures on their website. After submitting order all pictures merged. I emailed to Aubrey asking to check it out. The order came on time, but to my surprise I got tiny photos on 4x3 card. The person on the phone did not even try to help me. Their website says 100% satisfaction guarantee. REALLY? We are talking about 18 photos they could easily reprint for me if they really cared. Never use them again! read more

I am overly impressed!!! I have heard good things about this company, but had never used them, mainly because they were priced higher than other companies. What in the world was I thinking?!?!? I placed my Christmas card order on Wednesday night & received them on Saturday with regular shipping! The quality is like NO OTHER company I have ever used!!! The quality of the picture detail is as though they were printed on photo paper instead of card stock....very crisp & clear! The colors are great also! I LOVE THESE GUYS!!! Shipping only costs 5 bucks for I don't know what the limit is!!! SO that is great!! I ordered 18 prints last night and shipping was STILL 5 bucks. I am going to try to order like 25 prints (12 x 12) next time and see if it is still 5 bucks for shipping. PLUS the prints for 12x12 matte and/or glossy is ONLY $1.99!! REALLY?? I could not believe it I want to go over to Costco and moon them and laugh at them now. Costco prints were always too dark anyway. These guys do lovely prints I am so happy!!! Honestly have not been happy with my last 3 orders. My Christmas cards came back very dark with a green tint to them, they were really great about reprinting them all and fixing them. So recently I needed to print some 12x12s out and like my photos pretty bright, so I edited them the exposure to be much lighter. I got my photos back and every single one of them were dark and green. My son looked sick in his and even a bruise on his forehead showed up which didn't show before. The image was sharp and clear which I was happy with, but the paper was very thin and bent in the frame. Even after I put them in my frames, my husband (who knows nothing about photography or prints) said, "Woah those are dark". I am going to have to print somewhere else. I don't like going to a printing place where I can not trust that my order is going to come out okay, and having to complain and reprint. read more

I have mixed results with Persnickety prints, in this case through online ordering. My first order, which was a test of some 4x4 prints for a scrapbook printed, shipped and arrived in a timely manner. The print quality was good, though I could argue that the snapfish "deco prints" when available were of better quality. I decided to use them again a week later and this is where the problem arose. I needed the order for an event in 12 days, which given the shipment time before seemed more than reasonable. The photos shipped within 12 hours, but after 11 days my order still had not arrived. Tracking was no longer updating and I contacted Persnickety for some action. I requested that the order be reprinted and sent next day to me at a hotel where I would be staying for the weekend. I needed them urgently. While they did reprint the order quickly, the service person elected for 2-3 day USPS shipping and told me "hopefully they will pull through for us this time" to save $20. That timeline will schedule arrival on the day I depart. When I asked what would happen if I had departed the hotel before the item arrived, they told me it was up to me how I handled the non-receipt again. I am very disappointed that Persnickety elected to not make this situation right, and take action to fix the issue. I will not be a return customer after this. read more

David called me and explained that the photo (a picture created in Paper on an iPad) would look pixelated if it were blown up as big as I wanted it, so he worked with it to make it as large as possible but still look clear. I was a bit disappointed the last time I used them because there was a limit on the size of the image I could upload, so I sized it down, and then of course it was pixelated when I picked it up. I decided to give them another chance but I couldn't even get through the ordering process because their site is so jacked. Error after error when trying to add prints to my cart. Not to mention it wouldn't allow me to select pick-up even though their store is literally 5 minutes from my house. And WHY does it first say that wallet prints are 2.5x3, then when you adjust the number of prints you want it says the size is 3.5x5, then in your cart it says 5x5??? I gave up. I won't use them again, I'd rather pay more and save myself the frustration. read more

i have never used persnickety prints or heard of them until I came across a blog comparing them with another company. I usually use walgreens or shutterfly. But, I am so HAPPY i found this company! The price is amazing, they had the sizes I needed, my pictures turned out great,(walgreens usually is a little yellow, walmart too blue, etc), pictures arrived in a timely manner, they were packaged well, AND FLAT and the best part, they called me to let me know one of my prints didn't turn out good (my fault, i uploaded the wrong image) I am very happy to have found a printing company to use from now on.
