Came in to try out PRP for under my eyes for dark circles and also Botox for my forehead. I'm new…read moreto any kind of med spa treatments so I was initially a bit nervous. My appointment was with Lisa, she did a good job of explaining the procedures and calmed my nerves. The Botox was quick and easy, no down time and no pain. Results were seen within a week and I'm highly satisfied with the results. Next was PRP. It was recommended I do 3 sessions to maximize the results. I was swollen the day after and bruised for about the next 5 days. I later learned I shouldn't have had been drinking the night before as it affects the bruising. So Here's a tip: DON'T DRINK ALCOHOL THE DAY BEFORE. By my second session, I made sure no alcohol the day before and I drank a lot of water to make sure I was hydrated. Lisa also recommended I take arnica pills starting a few days before. This definitely helped A LOT! my skin healed so much quicker, the swelling was less visible and the bruising lasted only a day or two. I followed the same steps for my third session and again it was a quick heal with very little bruising. After each session, I noticed a difference under my eyes. Specifically as to my skin texture and dark circles. The biggest and most noticeable difference was after the third session. Overall I'm very satisfied with my experience! Lisa did a great job of calming my nerves, walking me through the process and being available if I had any questions. The process was painless and the results were awesome! I'm now coming back for Micro-needling and I'm excited about what the results will look like!

I used to go to Blue Med Spa in Sherman Oaks, and every visit there would take 1-2 hours. The whole experience always felt like constant upselling from start to finish, from the front desk to the injector. It just wasn't enjoyable. My visit today was the complete opposite. The office is beautiful and very welcoming. When you walk in there's chilled champagne, orange juice for mimosas, and a lot of skincare products displayed. I'll admit I was a little nervous at first because I thought it might be another high-pressure environment. Instead, everyone was incredibly kind and relaxed. I told Kelly upfront that I had about $450-$500 to spend, and she didn't bat an eye or make me feel uncomfortable about having a budget. She treated my 11 lines and forehead wrinkles for $300, after the receptionist helped me apply a $65 coupon that she informed me about at check out. I was honestly expecting to only be able to afford my 11s like I used to at Blue, where just the forehead area would run around $550-$600 and crows feet were always extra. The difference here was huge. Kelly was thorough, knowledgeable, and efficient. She explained what she was doing, listened to what I wanted, and never once pressured me to add anything or buy extra services or products. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. I'm beyond impressed with the whole experience and so happy to be done with Blue Med Spa.
