Tanya literally saved AND changed my life. I had lipo fully booked, paid for, everything one week before I met her. I knew to prebook 15 sessions of massage for AFTER lipo, but had decided on a whim to see her once BEFORE just to get my system prepared. Dude... I am so glad that I did. The. Line. I am normally very Type A and don't do spontaneity - so I have no idea what came over me to just put my entire faith in Tanya who I had only just met, but it was the right call. She found me a surgeon I trusted much more, EXTRAVAGANT results, and everybody on my team including Tanya was very detail oriented. I am obsessed with my body now. It's so natural but so well done. I booked my appointments two months in advance because I know how important these massages are post op. For my first massage 6 days post op, Tanya was training someone new on my body without asking if I was comfortable with that. Later that week, one massage was canceled, one rescheduled, and one she wasn't there when I showed up. I got a call from her coordinator saying there was an emergency and that her kid comes first. I understand things happen but several days in a row is unacceptable when I am relying on this business for my post op care. They made me feel like I was an inconvenience. The massages were uneven and lazy with more focus on the side where her seat was. The studio wasn't very clean with dirt and debris visible. I didn't want to step on the floor without shoes. The coordinator helped me get a refund for my remaining massages. I still can't believe how unprofessional everything was from scheduling issues to technique and attitude. read more
