The scheduling team/person in charge of scheduling was one of the most disrespectful unmindful human beings I've ever had the displeasure of doing business with I will leave names out, however she was terrible. They were sneaky they had this really unique way of always ending up pinning the work on my mom so they were getting paid when they should not have been getting paid.. I don't think I'm being entirely too unreasonable to expect that you should know by your fifth shift where certain things are and not have to ask every single time... I'm the one that's paralyzed, technically it should be their office yet I was still the one that was having to call every single shot. There was one instance of someone walking off the job on me and it was never reported and I found out later that this person was hired even though they knew that the person had had a history of walking off the job before and not only did he walk off the job, he used an excuse that could have put one of my animals in jeopardy that kid should be punished but he got off . They would aways send un briefed, inexperienced individuals to my house for their first shift with no one to train them. It kind of just seemed like they hired whoever walked in the door and then sent them my way mind you I am a C4/C5 level spinal cord injury survivor so I require a certain level of care and they exercised a level of negligence that I do not wish anybody to have to go through.. Save yourself the trouble.. I had individuals that put their own opinions above my care, and my needs. It appeared that they never actually retain any information most of them appeared to only be there for a paycheck. In fact one of the ultimate deciding factors and us deciding to switch companies was I had a caregiver who was playing Call of Duty® live on his phone while he was trying to feed me dinner maintaining in online game while trying to tend to a very high need individual is a huge no-no.. In fact after doing a certain amount of research I have figured out the day did nothing but exercise a lot of wasting the state money and if I was to launch an official investigation I'm pretty sure these guys would be taken off the map overnight but I'm notBut I'm not gonna do that I will just post on here and hope to save somebody else the trouble

It seems like this clinic nickels and dimes. Their work isn't that great of quality, and they push…read moreunnecessary, or more expensive procedures. They twice told me I needed a crown instead of fillings. I got one of the crowns done, and then switched insurance to a very expensive one so on Jan 1st I'd be able to get the other one done. (They were not happy I wanted to wait a month and a half to get a crown). I saw a new dentist in January and he said I just needed a deep filling, and looked over my X-rays and said I never needed the first crown. They upsold me on a laser gum treatment and told me insurance would cover it.... It covered $40? I paid the remaining $150 out of pocket. I also got a bill from them 7 months post service saying insurance didn't cover something. When I looked at my insurance, it was denied for failure to submit the claim in a timely fashion. It took 3 phone calls before I finally said: "it looks like it was denied because it wasn't submitted by your staff on time, is that what you're seeing on your end" and magically the bill disappeared. Great personalities, terrible people, terrible treatment.
