The huge private parking lot assures finding a space for your vehicle will never be an issue. Staff is friendly and efficient, they make you feel comfortable and appreciated. My wife has serious issues with her spine and was barely able to walk for more than a couple minutes at a time before we met Dr. Richard Guinand who was referred by my wife's primary care physician. By the time we met Dr. Guinand we were pretty much resolved that surgery would be necessary but the doctor was very reassuring and took his time explaining exactly what was going on with my wife's physical infirmities. He was very friendly and engaging, even a little humorous. He said he felt that a course of physical therapy may be enough to deal with the issues. He stressed the importance of completing the program and then recommended a few facilities for us to choose which one was the most convenient for us. We selected Bon Secours In Motion At Chilled Ponds which is only a few miles from our home, Dr. Guinand set it up and it turned out to be a wonderful choice. After a couple of months of therapy my wife's condition had improved so significantly that she no longer required a scooter when doing grocery shopping and was once again able to do yard work and pretty much anything else she wanted. I was very impressed with Dr. Guinand's experience and expertise. He was able to quickly diagnose my wife's issues and knew the best way to treat her.

Getting a shot in the back is scary and he makes it like a day in the park. The staff is friendly and accommodating and helpful. I have nothing but praise for Dr. Guinand and the people he has in the room with us. I had several choices when the final diagnosis was made. I had heard good things about The Spine Center and chose them. I had a PT I was happy with and he allowed me to continue there. I was happy I did not have to make the drive several times a week. He must understand the pain and torment the neuropathy causes someone, as he is right there when you need him. He has never told me no and he has explained what he is doing every time. He makes me a happy woman.

Again, 15 mins early, signed in and told to sit and wait. The appt yesterday was a follow up appt. No one came out. Next thing lady at Front desk says Dr is leaving. What. he has an appt (for a patient who was here 15 min early)! Who does that?! So frustrated. Dr. Barot and his team have been fantastic, so much so that I my mother, my sister, and my sister's daughter have all been there as well. And last night, my 7 year old BIPAP Resmed machine stopped working in the middle of the night. I was very concerned about not having a working machine in time, so I contacted Dr. Barot who was actually on vacation, and he made sure his team (Alex and Lois) were able to action immediately to help ensure something was found. I was able to get a replacement BIPAP machine this afternoon, even with the supply chain issues currently impacting supply. All because Dr. Barot cares about his patients. Excellent doctor, I give him my highest recommendation.

The staff was great on check in and could not have been smoother. I was brought back on schedule and prepared for surgery. The surgical staff kept me comfortable until it was time to sedate. I chose a light adjustable lens vs. a standard. My lens can be adjusted to achieve 20/20 and key in on the best vision possible. After a few office visits the lens will be laser locked in. My outpatient procedure on my left eye took less than 20 minutes and was a success. I had 20/40 vision after the surgery when before I was blind in the eye. Terrific experience and wonderful staff. I'm grateful. I'm now two weeks post surgery and doing fantastic! My first adjustment is next week.

The location is beside Aldi's and across from Bank of America. Surface parking is close to the door. The lot was debris free on my first visit to their new office. The lobby was clean and a short walk to the elevator to take the second floor. The small waiting room is comfortable and does not feel like a traditional doctors office in a good way. I could tell Dr. Barr had her loving hands involved in decorating. Treats and reading material are on the table. The environment was relaxed and calm. The check-in process was immediate with no effort because they knew me and had my name down before I could utter a word. With the change all my paperwork had to be completed again which was the only thing not pleasant. Mailing out the forms in advance could be an option. The wait time to be called back for my appointment with NP Morgan was less than 10 minutes. It was the first time meeting her as she is newer to the practice after the Winter 2018 move. Not surprising that she was hand picked by Dr. Barr and had an incredible bed side manner. We hit it off immediately. I have been a patient of Dr. Barr for almost 10 years and would absolutely recommend her and feel blessed if your insurance accepts. Dr. Barr is what I would call an anomaly in today's world of medicine. What's different, she actually wants to know you, your family and deeply cares about your wellbeing and future. Today's visit felt more like visiting an old friend with their new space and fresh concept to care. Very disappointed with this office as they came highly recommended…read more I was seeking care due to old injuries becoming inflamed and new symptoms brought on by third trimester of pregnancy. I scheduled my initial visit online and had to pay a $50 deposit. The same day I scheduled I received a call from the doctor to go over my specific concerns a bit more. I was also told that at the initial appointment I would owe an additional $150. This $200 total was to cover the consultation, exam, and report of findings (which they make you schedule a whole separate appointment for). During this phone call I asked for a range of what the care plan would cost and if they offered military discount and was assured that we would go over that information at the second appointment. I went to the initial appointment and that was fine. I was given multiple pamphlets to read and sent home with an additional questionnaire to fill out before the next appointment. I was told to come back about a week later for my results. I came back and my results were given to me. I was presented 4 months of chiropractic care with a price tag of $3,200. However, if I paid it all upfront that same day it could be as low as $2,500. I was told with the lower option the adjustments would be $55 and the re-exam (which they REQUIRE every 10-12 adjustments) would be $75. They recommend you bring your spouse to this results appointment (likely to pressure you into purchasing the package that day) however thankfully, for this instance, my husband is deployed so I said that I would have to talk to him before making any decision since I am currently not working and this was wildly beyond our budget. I was told that I could still get adjusted that day, but I would pay $75 for the adjustment. I told them I was not interested in that because again, that price is absolutely outrageous. The doctor told me that since I did not make a decision and needed to speak with my husband that I can go up to the front and schedule a "consultation" to come back when I decide that I want their care and can pay for it at that point before she took the results from me to scan in at the front desk (so I would have to stop at the front before leaving). The receptionist kept trying to get me to schedule the consultation which I continued to decline because in my head, I already knew the answer. Surprisingly after a couple times of saying no she accepted it and then said "I'll put a reminder in here to call you Friday to discuss so neither of us forget". So all in all, they pulled a major bait and switch. Their website specifically says that they will not turn people away due to finances, which gave me the impression that their prices were fair and reasonable. I even fore warned on the initial phone call that we would be asking for a military discount and stated that I was currently unemployed (because they do ask about you and your partners employment). When stepping into the office it felt like a sales tactic through and through. They boast that adjustments "only take 5-10 minutes" but then want to charge you anywhere between $55-75 per adjustment, give me a break. Also the reevaluation/exam that is required takes an extra 15 minutes and they raise the price on that too. And if you have the courage to actually tell them no, or that you're not sure, they will still push. So now, I am out $200 with no benefit, no adjustment, no pain relief. Nothing. Very disappointing because of all the reviews that they have here, I was hopeful that I could get some help. Most disappointed in the fact that their website specifically says "will not turn anyone away due to financial reasons, it is our commitment to the community to provide care for everyone." However, they will not work with you when you say that you can't afford it and they do not take insurance. I am really upset that I let them take $200 from me, for no reason because I can't afford their care in the long run.

The infusion room is comfy, inviting & staffed by a friendly & gregarious nurse. The chairs beckon one to rest & relaxation, even with a needle in the hand. Information is offered on both the treatment plan, medications & the disease itself. I feel confident in any & all recommendations by my rheumatologist Dr. Janice Sherwood.
