After reviewing salons online, I knew that Vintage Hair Salon would be my choice. I saw that Sydney specialized in balayage and her Instagram photos impressed me, so I decided to put my trust in her. I have absolutely no regrets about trusting Sydney with my hair. She took her time with our consultation, making sure that we were on the same page about both the cut and the color. She suggested I donate my hair - something I hadn't thought about before entering the salon. She reviewed the photos I brought multiple times to ensure that she was working towards exactly what I wanted. When it came time to cut my hair, she took her time and gradually cut off more and more, checking with me along the way to be sure that I still wanted it shorter. Everything about her work indicated that she truly cared about what she was doing and that she was aiming to combine my vision with her expert eye to create the best hairstyle possible. I am incredibly impressed with the patience and care she showed and I would certainly recommend her to anyone in need of a stylist.

I asked a simple, and very reasonable question, on how they planned to keep their staff and clients safe during this pandemic. I was then immediately blocked from their page. If that is how you treat customers who ask legitimate questions because they are concerned, then I will NEVER give my business to you. And I will also share this with my community groups here in Smyrna. There are many other businesses who I would gladly support right now who can recognize that questions like this are out of concern, and nothing more. You owe it to your clients to address any concerns they may have. Shame on you.
