I found out about Brow Beauty Threading Salon from GroupOn. This center has plenty of private parking spaces that is shared with other businesses in the plaza. Upon entrance, the salon is clean and bright. Due to COVID-19, this business let me extend my GroupOn deal. They are responsive on Facebook and will answer questions within 2 days. Recently, I wore a mask inside, which is mandatory here to reduce the transmission. They only let 4 people inside with 6-feet distancing between the other people. Otherwise, you will have to write your number down on the paper, and she will call you while you wait in your car. Eyebrow treading process is good and quick. The thread is different from my other 2 threading places I've been to. I believe the thread is more polyester, but I'm not completely sure. Threading allows for a more defined shape for your eyebrows, which can also remove unwanted hair on the entire face and upper lip area. Would I come back? Yes!! I really needed to get my eyebrows threaded and after searching on Yelp, I came across this place. The lady who did my brows did a simple clean up and made sure to maintain the shape of my brows. There was one other person in front of me, but I was taken care of pretty quickly and I did not have an appointment. I've been looking for a local threading salon that is trustworthy enough to do my brows that can get HUGE when not maintained, and wax my upper lip without causing a ton of pain. Updated review. I've been going here for a few years. I don't know what's been going on, but the wait time is now ridiculous. There are only two employees there: Ash and another woman that I do not know who was probably hired a few months ago. Both are very nice. I always ask for Ash, since I've worked with her before and I trust her work. I'm not sure why they don't just hire another person. Today I waited nearly 30 minutes to get my eyebrows done. Ash always does a great job, but again, the wait time needs to be addressed. Another thing to consider is that the other employee seems inconsistent. I've witnessed her on several occasions receiving complaints about service while I'm there waiting to get my eyebrows threaded. Today a woman let her know that her eyebrows were visibly not even after the employee was done working on her eyebrows. The employee continued to deny the customer's claims and the customer eventually gave up. She paid and left. My thing is you always know when your eyebrows do not look as they should. The employee did nothing to make it right. This is a similar situation that happened to my sister a few weeks ago. Ash had to fix the mistake caused by the other employee. Totally unacceptable. I do like this threading salon, but I would suggest again they hire more employees and those with customer service skills. read more

I've gotten my eyebrows threaded here a few times and I keep coming back bc I love the way they come out. The owner is super knowledgeable and skilled at what she does. The prices are great and they have bundle deals like 3 eyebrow threads for $15. They can really arch and shape your eyebrows for your face type, size, wants, etc. I recently got individual short eyelashes done and they turned out great hopefully they last approx 2 weeks. read more

Located near the Atlantic buffet and rent a center this is a very clean and well lit threading salon. I am in town visiting family and was bored in the house and decided to try chin threading and eyebrow tinting. Why had I never tried this sooner?! The salon was completely empty when I walked in around 1:30. I explained what I wanted and that it was my first time. I wish I would have taken before and after photos of my eyebrows because she did an amazing job on them. I have very thin almost non existent eyebrows and she definitely enhanced them. Almost a bit to wide but not to her fault I didn't really know what to ask for. They still look really great. Now to my chin threading...it hurt like heck but so does waxing . Overall I had an amazing experience and was in and out in under 30 mins. I would highly recommend and I will certainly return when I'm back in the area! read more

I bought a Groupon for a Brazilian wax but I had been here previously for my eyebrows and it was fine. The brazilian wax was just okay. The lady that preformed my service was very nice and made sure I knew about all the other services they offered. The wax was a bit more painful than it normally is. I'm use to people using hard wax on that area but they did not. Also, she didn't get all the hair off. I don't really want to complain that much because the Groupon was cheap but if this was a way to win new business I'm not sure it's going to work. I don't think I'll return for a wax, but I might for the my brows. read more

First time going to Brow Beauty Threading Salon. I saw an ad on facebook and decided to visit during my lunch break since I work near the location. I looked online for their prices first before I went and they were accurate once I arrive. The salon is locate in the Marietta trade Center with Wal-Mart, Chick-Fil-A, Pollo Tropical, and other businesses. It is closest to Pollo Tropical on the strip with Rent-A-Center, UPS, and H&R Block. Parking is plentiful and easy. The salon was not busy during lunch time so that made it easy for me to walk in and get a few services done. The Technician there is Ash and she is very relatable, friendly, and knowledgeable. She do speak with an accent so at times it was a little difficult understanding but she worked with me. I initially went in just to get my brows threaded $5.99 and she convinced me to also try the tinting on them for $10.00. I did and loved the results. She also offered other services but I was on limited time. Plenty of seating is available and they only accept walk-ins. My grand total came to $16.00. I look forward to coming back and trying their other services and affordable pricing. I loved my results! read more

I was looking for a new place to get my brows done in Marietta. I looked on Yelp and found this place. Ash received so many positive reviews so I thought I would give it a try. When I walked in I was impressed with how clean the salon was and excited / nervous that no customers were there but one. Ash was there and was doing someone eyebrows. The wait was a little long but it was worth it. Ash did a great job with my eye brows and the tint was amazing. I normally get my brows tinted and they are always to dark afterwards but not here, perfect color match. I'm glad I came and will continue to come. If you go, make sure to ask for Ash! I enjoy this place but I think I'll switch to somewhere new. They rush your threading and I busted my tail to get there before closing tonight... got there at 6:40 to find the store closed and the lights off (on wen and door it states closing at 7:00pm....)
