They also have prepaid services where you pay for a few services ahead of time at a discounted rate and they stamp your card with each use. You need to remember which service you paid for though because it wasn't easy for them to pull up in their system. Signing in upon arrival is digital and easy. There are a usually several technicians so the wait hasn't been longer than about 10 minutes and I just walk in. They take appointments too though if you'd rather schedule. The salon is clean and waxing rooms are private and comfortable. Parking out front isn't problematic. If you're looking for a new place to try it's worth checking out. read more

If you are looking for a full service wax and thread place with great skin treatment options then this would not be the place for that. I hate starting over. Anyway, I love the fact they offer you water when you come and do a brief consultation. I like the simple extra steps that let me know as a client that my business means something. Asma is always great. There is parking as this is in shopping plaza. Plenty food options in plaza for various taste buds. I bought the special today which was 5 eyebrow threading for $35. I go once a month approximately so this is a great deal for me. extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with the recent service myself and my friend experienced. very unprofessional. see photos below. i called a week ago and scheduled my friend to have a henna done on her pregnant belly for her maternity photos the next day as a gift. my friend brought some inspiration photos to show the henna artist and at the time the artist said no problem. the first issue was after the henna artist began her work and they stopped to take a break and check on the status of the henna- it looked awful. the sun looks nothing like a sun (it couldn't even pass for a flower) and the lines are unproportional, uneven, and squiggly. i spoke to the artist and asked her to fix the sun and the lines- to which she said she would, but then never once did anything about them or go back to that section. i tell her again once she finished that those areas still to be fixed. she now starts in saying how she can't recreate the design. the artist says she told my friend she could not recreate the design (to which both my friends that were there said she never did) but regardless- if it's a design the artist was not comfortable or confident in doing, then why did she not express that or ask my friend to pick a different design? i can understand how certain areas like the flowers making up the moon would be challenging, but a simple sun? come on. as i said before: this is important as it is for a maternity photoshoot to capture a time that my friend should be able to cherish forever. it has been blatantly ruined by this artist's work. her belly and this "art" is the centerpiece of the photos. the artist should be ashamed and embarrassed. to make it worse- the henna artist called me "crazy" when expressing my concerns with her work. "crazy" for expecting a professional service to be done correctly? I paid $120 (and still tipped her, mind you) for work that shouldn't cost half that. save yourself the trouble and disappointment- go elsewhere. read more

I walked out happy with workmanship. + Price. For 5' worth of work, I could spare the cash. Why you get up and leave - 's: - Check-in sucks. There is no signage to advise patrons to sign-in on the iPad which is a janky set up. The sensors suck so I had re-enter things multiple times. Thank god the patrons were honest and noted who should be next but it's confusing. - Rude reception. I waited over 20' and nothing was happening as more clients filled the lobby. When I went to check status I was told to hang back. So I did for another 5'. The lady who had told me to hang back was doing NOTHING. TIP: Book an appointment. Walk-ins suck. You have to deal with who is next and not knowing who can attend to your needs. I was told no appointment needed but I strongly advise against walking-in. read more

A year later! (Brazilian review) Let me just say I love this place for my eyebrows!! My eyebrows are consistently snatched every visit no matter who does them! But their Brazilians on the other hand...definitely have found better in the area. They make them so physically awkward and uncomfortable here. Why have us scoot all the way to end of the table where our butts are almost hanging off and lay us flat on that hard table where there isn't even a pillow? Smh then I don't like that the ceilings are open on the service rooms. Takes away from the privacy of such a delicate service. I for one don't enjoy hearing the lady next door getting waxed lol the wax they use is harsh too, I got the most expensive "better" wax. Lol I've been getting waxed for years and I've never had so many hair bumps and irritation than when I got waxed here. Disclaimer: this review is specifically for the first time wax experience we just had. I took a family member here for the first time who was visiting out of town. I asked for a patch test and repeated what we wanted several times. The woman who conducted the wax did the patch in just a way that it would force my family member to have to keep going instead of doing it on a small side section. Then she kept asking her to stop because of the pain and the lady just kept instructing her to breath and kept taking the strips off with no notice. She eventually had to speak sternly and didn't get to finish. This wax was a terrible experience. read more

I would advise bringing cash because they do not accept cards for anything less than $10 which would mean you would need to buy additional services to use your card for just an eyebrow threading. read more

This place is a whole scam. I went in for eyelash appointment and usually it takes 2hrs to put lashes on. It took the lady 20mins to put mine on. There was glue all over my eye and the lashes were cheap and horrible. I didn't even take a pic of my eyes because of how embarrassed I was. I looked like an actual clown. I asked just for tint on my eyebrows and then she started threading too. She kept up charging me so my total came out to 70$! When I got to the parking lot I ripped all of the lashes out and my sister went in to try and get me a refund because I was crying at how horrible they were. I came across this salon on Yelp and read all of the reviews. I initially was going to see Noureen, but she wasn't working and I needed to get my eyebrows threaded that day. I made an appointment with Asma and she did an amazing job. I've had one too many unpleasant experiences with estheticians completely messing up my eyebrows. Asma listened to my concerns and cleaned up and shaped my eyebrows to my desire. Though this salon is farther out than I expected, I will make that 45 drive for a great esthetician and I think I've found that in Asma. read more

I am very disappointed in the quality of service of late. The technician who tinted and threaded my eyebrows had to be told twice about shaping my eyebrows evenly.
