Management needs to train them on basic client relations - Don't talk negatively about the clients fiancé to their face. Don't stalk an ex client around the salon. Don't keep smacking the clients forehead as a joke when they're obviously not comfortable. Don't share your deep life traumas after the first 20 minutes of meeting the client.
