You name it, they've got it, and they're running everything with the best of the best trainers. Beyond thrilled with the spinning - the high tech bicycles are great! We were informed that there are many knowledgeable trainers and the facility appears to be clean. The staff was friendly. People working out seemed sociable and treated each other respectfully. I am new to yoga. I started a month ago because of lower back pain. After months of working with a…read morephysical therapist and a chiropractor my back was not feeling better however, yoga has made all the difference. My back doesn't ache and I am walking without pain. I love the experience. The instructors are wonderful providing support and motivation. Tomer always finds something positive to say and his energy fills the room pushing everyone to get the most out of their practice. Wendy's Yinspiration class is also a favorite of mine as I can feel the tension drift away from my body during the hour. No mattered how stressed I am entering the class by the end I feel at peace. I wish the class was offered in the evenings as I'm sure it would be a great way to ensure a peaceful and very restful sleep. I am thrilled that I found this studio and this practice because it is making me, a better me.

The gym and locker room are always clean and well maintained and the staff has always greeted me and been very friendly. The classes included in the membership are fantastic, especially since I work odd hours and can go when the gym isn't as packed. I love the Kickboxing Classes, Interval Training and Zumba. I also added on the Strong Classes last month and they are fantastic and well worth the extra fees. I can't say enough about the Box Out Classes, they are my absolute favorite with Exclusive and Strength coming close behind. These classes small, very challenging and the trainers modify the workout to individual needs. Overall I've had a great experience with this gym so far. There is a bit of pressure to purchase add-ons etc but honestly, what can you expect from a gym with such a low monthly fee?

I am concerned because I went for my first treatment today. Everyone friendly and welcoming but…read moresomething was off. The first thing I am told is they are moving to Shelton which is not particularly convenient for me. Then I spoke with Joe about services and that's when I began to wonder what I was in for. I imagine he knows what he's doing but he is also a salesman and I got the feeling that as a cash patient I might be in for it. He told me it could take 20 sessions and at $150 a pop that's $3000. in this economy I can't do it. so I paid $312.50 for a package (only half down) for five visits. I am a senior citizen with limited means and feel a bit scammed. They should have told me up front they were moving when I called. it has been 12 hours and my symptoms are back. My sense of well being is low but I am stuck. I am not sure I can go back but can't afford to write off $162. My other acupuncture experience was much longer lasting and while I had issues with the provider I never felt hustled. The effect of her treatment for my knee pain is still working. My battlefield treatment not so much. I am not willing to settle and will continue to look for a provider that fits me better. Otherwise they seem like nice people but with strings attached.
