I am new to yoga. I started a month ago because of lower back pain. After months of working with a…read morephysical therapist and a chiropractor my back was not feeling better however, yoga has made all the difference. My back doesn't ache and I am walking without pain. I love the experience. The instructors are wonderful providing support and motivation. Tomer always finds something positive to say and his energy fills the room pushing everyone to get the most out of their practice. Wendy's Yinspiration class is also a favorite of mine as I can feel the tension drift away from my body during the hour. No mattered how stressed I am entering the class by the end I feel at peace. I wish the class was offered in the evenings as I'm sure it would be a great way to ensure a peaceful and very restful sleep. I'd also like to mention, the staff here were wonderful in making me not only feel welcome but giving me genuinely helpful tips on row form and even incentives that would help make a membership more affordable (gotta talk to my insurance company). From the first class, I was addicted, the entire staff is amazing, the classes are fun, they flyby, you burn the calories, you need, and you get one hell of a work out! I went into my first class skeptical, however, after the first class, I was addicted. Going to the Row House almost every single day of the week, I've lost over 30 pounds in the past few months! The price for unlimited classes per month is well worth it! It's honestly $200 cheaper to do unlimited classes (which work on the rowing machine as well as doing functional body and weight workouts in class) then it is to get a personal trainer down the street at the gym The classes aren't only great, but the staff celebrates milestones that you get to in rowing, from 250,000 to 500,000 m, and so on and so on! Schedule wise, the classes are all over which is good and caters to everybody. Definitely recommend, five stars!

Orange Theory in Fairfield has stolen over $2,000 from us and will not correct the issue. In April…read moreof 2023 I went in for a trial day at Orange Theory Fairfield. Mo, the manager said that in order to do the trial day I had to sign a contract, but that I could cancel same day. I did cancel same day and they and I do have that on file. They continued to charge my American Express for a total 18 months and never turned it off. I called a month after the visit to ask them to refund the charges, they said they would but it would take 15-30 days. Every month after that I continued to call to remind them that the charges had not stopped and that we had not been refunded. November of 2024 I asked them to please escalate this as it had not been addressed or resolved. Mo, the manager said he was handling it through their finance department and again it would take some time. I went in to the location with my husband today and asked if we could have the name of the person who CAN fix this, as they are now saying "they have asked for it to be fixed, no one has fixed it, and that's all 'they' can do. The manager Ralph today, said he can't do any more to help us. Again we asked for the name of the person who CAN help us and he said "Rich." We asked for Rich's contact info an Ralph refused. We have stopped getting calls back from Mo or Ralph. Does anyone know who this "Rich" is? How do we get contact info for him? Or even someone at the operating company "Empire?" This has been an epic run around for us and we still have not been reimbursed. So far we have: 1. Contacted Mo (Manager) who has promised many times it would be refunded, he has stopped returning calls. 2. Contacted Ralph (Regional Director) in November, no call back. Went in today and spoke with him in person, he says he can't help. He said "someone" told him to stop helping, and now that he has been told to stop helping, he will, in fact, stop helping. He will not tell us who this "someone" is. 3. I have filed a complaint with the attorney generals office and left several messages. No response. 4. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, no response. 3/3/2025 I just confirmed with American Express that no attempts have been made on either of my cards. Mo at Orange theory keeps claiming that he is trying to issue a refund, but American Express confirms they have not tried. And they can't claim they don't have the correct credit card info, because they successfully charged the card for 18 months unauthorized. Per AmEx both cards I have given Orange theory are active and in good standing, no restrictions.

The event was listed as active and happening and I was able to purchase a ticket for a specific date/time. I show up to the place at the scheduled time and the doors are locked and nobody is there. I then call the number and it is busy. Finally 10 minutes later the owner shows up and tells me that the classes have been canceled for some time and that the instructor now has her own place. Gee that sure would have been nice to know before I showed up there? I then try to call the number listed on Walk About Yoga website and it goes to a rude teenage kid who tells me to go f*ck myself. I get it if you go out of business, but clean up your mess on your way out so you don't waste people's time and money.
