Well, I am well past my first 10 weeks with no end in sight. Gerardo has a unique talent for not only making workouts unique and interesting each time but he also knows how to inspire you to new heights of achievement. It's not just a workout but a new way of life --incorporating cardio, endurance, strength, power, and diet. I considered myself to be in "decent" shape but now, wow. I am back to hitting the treadmill at 10-year ago speed levels, playing basketball injury free, and even getting a good night's sleep. One more thing, my corporate schedule is brutal. For me, the gym has always been an intimidating place where I wander around guessing what exercises I think I should do, how many, and how much weight I should be using . Maybe I could eventually make some progress that way, but I have been down that road enough times to know I never get very far and end up quitting. I needed some guidance. I was nervous since I've never worked with a personal trainer before, but Arsen put my nerves at ease right away. We talked about my goal and how I would reach it, and before I knew it, I was "sitting down having a cup of coffee" -which is not as fun as it sounds - since I quickly learned this meant doing a wall squat. Arsen shows me how to do the exercises I need and most importantly how to do them properly. He provides workouts along with videos incase you forget how to do something he showed you for days you're not there ,goes over your nutrition with you, and is always accessible if you have any questions. He's professional, yet fun. I am always laughing during our sessions, even when I'm dying on the last set and he's told me I "only" have 10 seconds left about 15 times. His gym eliminates that self conscious feeling of looks from other people because when you work out it is just the two of you. Certain exercises I had to start with low weights because I'd never worked out that part of my body before, I told him I felt like a whimp, but he always reminds me that everyone has to start somewhere. He knows how it feels to be unhappy with your body, because he has been there too. His motivation and genuine interest in your success are infectious. He makes you feel super comfortable and says nothing but encouraging things. Knowing the hard work and time he puts into you as a client gives you another level of accountability. This time I feel like I won't give up, because i know I wouldn't just be letting myself down, but I'd be letting someone else down also. Most times I forget I'm paying him because it feels like working out with a supportive, knowledgeable friend. Though, instead of spending money on unnecessary material items that will lose their value in a few years as I always do, I feel like I'm finally investing in myself, something that will never lose value. My particular goal will take time, and will not be achieved overnight but I'm not worried about the time, it will pass anyway. With Arsen's guidance, I am eating healthier and already feel better about myself. I have more energy and no longer feel as self conscious going to the gym. Rest days have become my least favorite days because I am always looking forward to the next session. I am super excited to continue my journey with Arsen and feel confident that if he can help me with my goal, he can help you with yours too!

Today was my first time at Quest and my first TRX class. I was pretty nervous about this class for the usual reasons (i'm not fit enough, i can't do it, im going to make a fool of myself, etfc.) But from the moment I walked in it was apparent that my worries were totally unfounded. The instructor James (who is also the owner I believe) was an incredible motivator. He made me feel really comfortable the whole class. He pushed me but also didn't shame me when I needed a break. After the class I felt AMAZING. Accomplished, strong, capable, exhausted (yet somehow energized), and HAPPY. I can't wait to come back and try another class. Get some!

Then I stayed for the TRX Body Blast and it was killer! I have been working out steadily all year but I immediately felt how the TRX gets to muscles I wasn't using and also allows for some more dynamic movement like swings that are just more fun than lifting weights. I will definitely be back for more classes and I'm so glad I can now use the TRX and bells at other gyms when I travel! Definitely recommended!
