First off, I have been member of OTF and usually attend to 2 other locations due to work. This place has been pending opening awhile as a result of C19 but it appears to have started off well. The volume of individuals at the 630am/7am sessions have increased and the place is clean, new and spacious. WIDE center aisle between the treads and rowers is appreciated and the equipment on the workout floor is pretty complete with heavier dumbbells than you may find in other locations. The circuit workout is an offshoot of HIIT so if you understand and can appreciate the value of a high intensity, interval type workout, you will enjoy the level of training and intensity, atmosphere, music and motivational attitudes. Coaches Kate and Sarah have been very good! Leadership and customer service has been solid from my experiences as they already know my name as I enter and greet me using it. I would say they have received solid training on customer engagement. As to cleanliness, they are following all C19 protocols and I have seen them disinfect and clean equipment and the facility in between classes, so I personally have no worries there. I've always hated the idea of classes and have NEVER been part of one because I like to workout solo (it's my therapy). That said, I am totally comfortable and focused during class and it doesn't bother me at all. It actually motivates you to keep up. All of the staff and coaches make you feel comfortable no matter your ability level. * Just have to say, I was present as the previous one star reviewer walked in and demanded the world stop to help her. This was my second class and I did something stupid when setting up my app so I purposely showed up super early to get help with that before class. So what were they to do? Tell me to eff off and jump to your assistance??? They explicitly tell you to come 30 minutes early because they need to do an orientation for your first class btw. This person was so rude to the staff that I just stepped away and told them don't worry I'll figure it out after class, so they could try and deal with that. They were beyond nice and apologetic to her as she responded with a nasty attitude, not understanding that there is an orientation that needs to be done FOR HER SAFETY. I know they will respond with a very professional apology on Yelp and welcome her back, which is a shame because she was so damn rude. Anyways very happy I joined, the workouts and staff are awesome.

As I was on the phone with him I did check my bank statements and I was charged from KOXO KICKBOXING OCEANSIDE 59 dollars 24 times!! Apparently this happened to a bunch of other people. Since it was a very small class, the instructor spent more time watching and fixing our forms. I usually take classes that are at least double the size, so it's easy to get lost in the group. Sportime Lynbrook is an okay place. Do not send your kid here if they play basketball. They must get another court because no way I have to pay well over $200 a month to barely be able to go basketball court if your son or daughter plays basketball I would not recommend sportime until they get another court. It's not fair that people youse the basketball court for everything else besides basketball.
