On another visit, we arrived about 10 minutes late and were turned away with zero flexibility, even though we've experienced long wait times at this clinic when we arrived on time. To make matters worse, the appointment was later marked as a no-show, even though we were physically there. Poor communication, poor organization, and not family-friendly. We've decided to transfer care to a different clinic.
