His IV prices are also always very reasonable compared to anyone and not inflated like Dr Kate. Instead, I was met with what I felt was a dismissive, unhelpful, and unprofessional attitude. My interaction with Kelii Miyata was especially concerning. Rather than showing empathy or offering helpful information, he came across as impatient and dismissive. During our conversation, he even stated that his "patience was very thin," which was surprising and upsetting to hear from someone working in admissions for a treatment facility. The interaction I experienced was completely opposite of the compassion and support described in Mr. Miyata's professional profile. Families reaching out to a recovery center are often in crisis and looking for guidance, understanding, and hope. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.
