After trying my new contact prescription, something felt a little off. I called the office and he was extremely helpful and understanding. He offered for me to come back and recheck my prescription. He made sure everything was perfect and comfortable. I've gone to so many eye doctors in the past 25 years and Dr. Kohn is by far the best one I've ever had. He's just a doctor who cares- which I feel is rare these days. I won't hesitate to bring my kids and husband when they need their eye exam. I came down with a major eye injury a few months ago that prevented my eye from closing property, resulting in excessive dry eye and irritation to my cornea, which can lead to irreversible damage. I was in extreme pain from the discomfort (to the point of tears!). Dr. Frohm was able to see me on short notice and provided me with the tests and Rx medicine needed to control my eye pain and prevent further injury. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and most importantly, personable.
