My legs felt fantastic the next few days after this. For the cryo, I think I may need some more sessions there to see the real effects. I was in the cryo tube for about 3 minutes and yes it was freezing cold but not sure it had any major benefit for me. However, the man there was able to explain the actual benefits to me upon request. This place is great. It has friendly staff and a wide variety of treatment and recoveries. I honestly should've walked out right then, but my girlfriend and I had already had a stressful week and decided to continue with the service. After the massage, my girlfriend ended up experiencing significant back pain to the point where she was wincing when touched later that night. I reached out by email afterward to address both the uncomfortable experience and the pain she experienced, but received no response for days. After finally speaking with management and then the owner, I was essentially told that no such messages existed, even though I know exactly what I saw on that iPad. What's frustrating is that I genuinely tried to approach this respectfully. I even offered to help them improve their customer experience systems and AI/chat workflow because that's part of what I do professionally. I wasn't looking for a fight -- I simply wanted accountability and a refund for a service that left us uncomfortable and disappointed. From signup through cancellation, the experience was consistently poor. The signup process was unnecessarily difficult. You cannot sign up online or over the phone and must come in person. I arrived during hours I was told a manager would be present, only to find they had left early, requiring an additional visit to complete enrollment. The gym charges $150 per month per person, with additional costs for lockers, an extra month (extra $150) due on signup, and a facility improvement fee every six months. Despite the price, there is no coat rack or place to store even a jacket. Communication is "you must pay an extra amount for lockers each month" even though lockers are framed as an optional amenity. Charging for lockers in the first place is grubby. Every gym I've attended in the past includes them for free. Pool access is advertised. The pool is actually pool access passes included in membership to the Omni Hotel pool, we were told it was to be opened fall 2025, it has remained closed. This was communicated after signup. The equipment itself is fine, but there is no water bottle refill station, and the water available specifically says "don't fill your water bottle up". It's a gym. Who wants to use a small paper open top cup when working out. Bathrooms are often not clean. If you're coming in in the afternoon for workouts, the gym maintenance and cleaning happens then, so expect some vacuuming and hammering happening most days. But my primary issue is the staff experience relative to the price point. Front desk staff are often disengaged. A trainer instructed us to re rack weights that we didn't use. When we told him they were there before we used the machine he communicated "clean them up anyways". I rack weights when done using them. For $150 a month, if another gym member leaves weights behind, and this is noticed by the staff, I'd expect gym staff to care for the cleanup of other members weights left behind. And especially the first time, just unnecessarily hostile and unfriendly. There are many more similar interactions like this with staff. After I canceled my membership and requested my wife's remain active, a manager approached her requesting credit card information, the implication being "don't forget to pay" in a way that felt inappropriate. This is acceptable at a lower priced gym. Again, it's not what I expect at this price point. This is a premium priced gym with a good location and adequate equipment, but the service level does not match. I'm switching to another gym in the area.

What disappointed me most was not the mistake itself--everyone makes mistakes--but how it was handled. Instead of acknowledging the error and resolving the situation professionally, they chose to blame a loyal customer who had been coming there for nearly a year. I came to Beem this past Saturday as a returning customer with my boyfriend and used the facility as it was intended to be used. After sitting in the sauna for 45 minutes, showering for 10 minutes, and changing into new clothes we left the facility in the condition it was found, thanked the staff and carried on with our day. We were then notified almost 90 minutes later at 2:56 PM (4 minutes before the facility's closing) that we had caused terrible damage to the facility, were being charged $200, and had been banned from ever coming back. Obviously we were shocked by this notification and reviewed the photos they had attached as "evidence" which clearly indicated that their shower caddy had fallen from the wall and broken. I called the next day and spoke with general manager MaryAnn and tried to reinforce the fact that we had not caused this damage and it appeared to have fallen from the wall. She refused to believe me, told me she was "giving me the chance to tell her what really happened" and that "she had her own theories about what had happened in the room". I reminded her that we were both repeated customers to their facility and had referred multiple other customers to the business. I also asked what we stood to gain by destroying this equipment and not notifying the staff on our way out of the room? She responded saying, "well that's the question of the day...really that's the question of the weekend isn't it?". I can't fathom how any reasonable person could assume intentional damage was caused based upon these photos instead of the obvious reason that the shower caddy simply fell from a distance. I have attached the provided "evidence" used by Beem as well as our email communications so that you as a consumer can make your own judgements. However, I can assure you that my network will not be returning to this facility or any of Roger Martin's other businesses like RockBox Fitness. I have invited Roger to reach out to me directly, and if resolution is found I will be happy to work with Beem again. I truly hope this is just a training opportunity for staff lacking customer service experience. If after reading this review you still decide to visit Beem, I would strongly encourage you to take photos of the room after your departure so that you are not falsely accused of damages like myself.

To qualify for membership price you could pay $149-109 for membership plus the 899 cost of Viridescent light. Well after I tell the young girl, what I was told on the phone she said she could give me the membership price plus the 25% off. But there was no payment option, still had be able to pay almost $1,000 same day. Because the 25% off only applied if you signed that day! Wish this information was available online before driving 30 minutes and realizing I was lied to, just to bribe me to come in store!
