Extremely unprofessional- I came in to get my curly extensions moved up and expressed I wanted the thinner ends trimmed a bit. Instead, 2 inches of the extensions were cut off. When I expressed that this changed the entire look and defeats the purpose of me having extensions placed Christina only offered to have 2 rows of the original length replaced. This left my hair looking extremely unblended. I was told I would have to buy more hair after just paying for 2 packs of curly hair just 6 weeks prior. Horrible work, do not go here if you want a stylist who actually cares about clients. read more

One of the best one stop shop. I have been getting my hair done at Persuasive hair salon and best experience ever. Great quality hair on the hair extensions, last a long time, they know what they are doing. The shop is super chic, super clean all the time and super welcoming. I take my boys to the barbers and they love it. My hubby is super picky with his hair and after trying all the barber shops in fresno he loves it here. Cristina gave me lovely locks!! I had been contemplating getting extensions for years since I have very fine, thin hair. I had a lot of questions, and Cristina let me come to the salon to go over what would work best for what I wanted. We picked out colors and she held the hair. She told me to dye my hair a dark brown to match the chocolate brown base color of the extensions, and unfortunately the dye I chose turned out more like a soft black. When we did the extensions there was a noticeable contrast from my roots to the hair, which was chocolate brown with ash colored highlights. Since she didnt have the color in the salon to fix it we made an appt to come back where I brought the same dye. Cristina took the time to fix my hair, where I decided to cover the highlights, and had her trim a few inches since the hair was a bit long for me. She patiently worked her magic and it turned out perfect!! She listened to what I wanted, provided info for managing my new hair, and didn't rush me out the door. Omg Cristina works miracles! I was growing out a pixie cut and she was able to make my hair growth transition so much easier. I tell everyone that I had a mullet and I was forced to always wear it up because of how terrible and uneven it was. I've never written a review before, this isn't something I do but..... I had my hair done by Jamie. In two different sessions spending upwards of $300. I have attached pictures of before, after each session and what I was looking to achieve. After the 1st session I was happy with my hair, it looked as it should for session 1. The second session I went in asking for my ends to be lightened. Jamie completely detoured from the look I was going for, he bleached my hair again, including towards my roots although the picture I showed, shows dark roots... I got home and was inspecting my hair, I saw the damage to my hair. I showered and saw the breakage. I was looking for a balayage type of look, and feel I left the salon with bad highlights, orange spots, and fried hair. Jamie as a person was great- but I'm not sure he could achieve what I wanted done, even though he said he could. I reached out to the salon the to express my concern- I didn't want to risk my hair being damaged more and I was looking for a partial refund as I was extremely unhappy. They offered to "fix it" free of charge but I just didn't trust Jamie to fix it after the damage that had been done. He said no refund would be given. I reached out to a well known hairdresser from LA area (also personal friend of mine) because luckily she was in the area. When she saw my hair she agreed. My hair was rough, damaged, and just plain sad. She did a deep conditioning treatment, added a shadowroot and toner. Thankfully she saved my hair. I'm sad this was my experience here- it was my very first salon color visit EVER. Now I'm out just about $500. Also attached is my hair now. read more

Omg i really liked her! Cristina is awesome. I was like crazy looking for a hair stylist to install my extensions. I really liked how she posts her "Before&Afters", so that made me really see how her clients look when they first come in, and obviously see the difference after. I did noticed she has a few reviews only but I decided to give it a try cus of I mentioned above and also she responds to texts fast too. Time went by fast when I was in there. She offered water and soda when I was there. She turned the fan on and the place looked very organized. We just kept talking and talking lol! She's real nice and will make u feel comfortable!
