I had squirrels in my attic during spring, when mama squirrels are nesting and giving birth. There is no shortage of squirrels in my neighborhood in south city but even so I couldn't bring myself to hire people who would kill them. Garry and his folks thoroughly explained the squirrel mindset and nesting habits, waited until babies were old enough to leave the attic, and blocked all the entries except one with a "one way door" for the squirrels to leave and not return. (What's worse than killing adult squirrels? Starving the babies whose mom couldn't get back in to feed them and having them rot in your attic.) Once the temporary camera confirmed no more squirrel activity the workers came back and blocked off that entry too. I feel better that all the possible entryways for critters are now solidly blocked with critter-proof metal that blends neatly with the fascia on the house.

I am really close to cancelling services. I have had a mouse for months and constantly cleaning up…read morethe mess, ruined food and so much more. I have expressed this over and over again yet Rottler can not seem to get it under control. I do not understand. I called today asking for them to come have my house cleaned at this point. I had one technician transfer to another service area and never schedule a follow up so my home was not being serviced until I called asking what was going on. Another refused to go indoors but still wanted to say he serviced my home. So again had to call and the manager had to advise technician that they should come indoors when they are there to service. Just problem after problem. I am trying to be patient I am so frustrated. I am beyond frustrated. I am hoping they will come clean up and find a resolution. At this point I have no trust.

I called Veteran's Pride, and they were extremely helpful and got someone dispatched out the same day. We were able to pay over the phone and didn't need to be home for the removal. They came out and removed the carcass, and did an amazing job! But for the unfortunate dead patch it left in our grass, you would never know anything was there! I didn't think it was possible to get it that cleaned up. These guys really know what they're doing. We are extremely grateful for them!
