I always received an email to schedule, but I didn't always notice that it was from them because there was no business name displayed. After some time, I called to get the service scheduled again. I took the day off work so I could be here on the scheduled day, and they showed up in the window that was promised. Their service vehicle was a mess on the outside, with paint peeling all over the front etc. It's just something worth mentioning because it makes them look a little less professional. I went over the grounds to describe the issues that I am having. I really needed to get things taken care of and was happy that they were here to perform the spraying. They were here for about 30 min. or less before I was told that they would have to come back some other time since their sprayer was not working. That was disappointing since I needed service sooner rather than later. Great, now I have to get back on a schedule and back in line and wait. I have no idea what was treated before the sprayer broke, or if anything was treated at all. This kind of information would have been nice. I received a VM from the office to reschedule - No apologies for the inconvenience of my taking off work for this appointment or anything. Just a "call us back to reschedule" type of thing. The last thing I need is to take off work again with the potential of the job not being able to be completed. I am going to go with another local provider and hope for the best.

I opted out of having them spray inside, due to the house being locked and not being able to come home in time. The next day i changed my mind and called to see if they could come out again to spray the inside. No questions asked, no issues what so ever they catered to my bad choice. I fully expected them to double charge me, but they where very fair with the price to return. When the tech came the great service continued, from him being respectful of my home to the conversation to him being patient with a toddler and dog and worked around me being in the process of painting a room. What they want to charge to extend for only six weeks for $300 is rediculous. It has taken almost 7 months to catch 5 moles, so odds are in 6 weeks we prolly wouldn't catch much. Need to be consistent and truthful in your packages. Doubling the price for a lot less of a duration is not right. The pest spraying and mosquito treatment is well within what everyone is charging and have no complaints about these services.

The promised termite inspection? Never happened. Months later, the ants are still around, and when I complained, they said the proper treatment was an "extra service." Now I'm being charged $150 to cancel early--because apparently, poor service still counts as service. The cherry on top? An email asking for holiday donations right after I requested cancellation. Sure, take my $150 and put it toward that.

We needed some work done promptly, and he was able to get us in his schedule quickly-- he was also more than fair about pricing, and if I could have paid him more for the work he did, I would have because it exceeded expectations. We needed a concrete driveway's cracks filled in, and a lamp post removed and electricity capped in the front yard. He put his heart into taking care of these issues for us, and kept communication open throughout the project.
