I posted several weeks ago about an issue my mom was having with squirrels in her attic that chewed through her air conditioning line. The company she originally called gave her a quote of 6k to remove the squirrels and to conduct "necessary" removal, preventative and maintenance to ensure her home was "safe" for her to stay in. Needless to say that individual was basically a scam artist who took advantage of my mom w/fear tactics. I found Oklahoma Wildlife Control via FB and did additional research to find out their credentials, history and anything else I could find out to make sure my mom wasn't scammed again. Reggie & Jennifer w/OWC were sympathetic, knowledgeable, respectful, gracious, giving, caring, and went above and beyond to do everything possible to make a bad experience good. Reggie is considered an expert in this field and has helped to write regulations and the certification test for this industry. He even made a call to the owner of the company that my mom first called and was able to get all of her money back. They have been a true blessing to our family and I cannot recommend them highly enough. If you are in need of any kind of wildlife removal services call them!

Moxie did not mention the reviews but did reverse the 150$ charge. For that i'll bump them to a 2. I appreciate them reversing the charge, but i do not like that this has taken 3 calls and me posting 4 public complaints before i get anything handled. Sticking people into contracts when you are not holding your end of the deal is not the right thing to do. I appreciate you correcting your mistake. ---- Moxie came to my home and performed 3 services, after the first service i noticed for the first time a mouse in my house that i was able to get rid of (without moxies help) and i noticed i was getting more ants than ever before in my yard. So i asked moxie to come and they sprayed again, to which i noticed my yard getting WORSE again. Moxie comes out again, final service. This time same thing, i have paid in full up until that point no issues. I call moxie again and tell them i want to swap services because their service wasn't working for me. Then they tell me I'm being charged a early termination of a 1 year contract a fee that was 150$ and if i had just gotten 1 more service with them would've instead only cost me 100$? Business is shady i refuse to pay this 150$ they are trying to charge 1.5% on top of that 150$ every month if i don't pay it too. Absolutely not i will not be forced into paying for a terrible service. I swapped companies and within the VERY FIRST SERVICE of the other company I've noticed absolutely no issues. I called moxie to dispute these charges 2 months ago, at that point i told them the same thing quit contacting me, your service did not work. Please show me in the service agreement where it said Moxie can pretend to spray my yard with some magical spray that is apparently useless, and never actually help me get my yards pest problem under control. I bet it doesn't say that. Do not contact me again. Do not expect me to ever pay this 150$ For any consumer thinking of buying them. These guys are some grade A car salesman they make theirproduct sound great then leave you hanging when they donothing for you. I asked more than once about the whole yard being treated. I have alot of gophers and want all the grubs and other food sources eradicated. He told me more than once that the yard would be treated. When the person came to apply the treatment to my yard he only put the granules right around the house. Even though what the service is was misrepresented I will still be held to the year contract. Buy a container of Home Defense and put down your own insect granules. I don't like to put down the granules is the only reason I decided to give Moxie a try. I will now be paying them AND treating my yard myself. I should have known better.

I told Man he needed to spray the baseboards where the spiders come in. he said the company said that they are not allowed to, I called his boss and he gave me the nonsense stating a law would not allow them to spray my baseboards which was total garbage. I told them if they can't spray where the bugs come in then I don't need them. I would give them zero stars they don't care about you as a customer they only care about their money never again will or can be in my home !!

After the first initial visit- terminix set one way traps, but didn't come back out to finish the service. They are back and tearing into my house and attic and we have called 4 times to schedule for exclusion AGAIN and the first 3 times- they confirmed an appointment with us- only for that day to come and they didn't show up and we are told it was never actually scheduled. The fourth time- they came out and only spent 10 minutes replacing two soffit vents (they should be replacing all of them.) They then proceeded to argue with my husband on what the manager said to do. He spoke to the manager and inspector and both said that they would resolve it and we have not been able to get in touch with anyone or get this resolved. I spoke to Shontae in the corporate office who said that the Edmond branch would be out here or calling me within 48 hours and we are at the 48 hr mark and have not received a call. This is my first step in getting this resolved. We are a one income family and we have already paid 2k or more for services we haven't received. At this point it is taking a financial toll on us as well as a strain on our health. It's also a fire hazard so we have bought things to try and remove them ourselves, but have not been successful. I want someone to resolve this issue immediately before I seek legal counsel.
