Nothing but Mixed signals, bottom line do your Research!!!!! very promising results, being a customer of 2 years, their technicians rapidly change from time to time, understood staffing challenges and or whatever the excuse may be, granted the aftermath of the results of flea and tick service is not something I nor my mom were satisfied with I conversed with a female 3 weeks ago, Secretary, who was very reluctant to re send someone as a courtesy to further trouble shoot, only was brushed off by her abruptly, i had expressed there were visible proof I had pictures from the service treatment performed, the same day and even 10 DAYS after the treatment Takes cycles takes to absorb Again they keep sending different technicians, some spend 5 minutes on property some do a thorough 10-15 minute quality work It needs improvement if the intend to retain customers with a hyperactive fierce competition out there, more outreach more accountability above all more Responsibility would very much be warranted I had big flies big mosquitos and I had to proof to send to the female, she simply could Not be bothered, with that said the proof of pictures immediately after their visit is posted to further illustrate the frustration In conclusion I will be using doctor Lawn as their services are around $63 per visit plus a prepay discount on top of that I just can't waste money, I can't babysit a company that basically chooses to either bypass integrity and or jeopardize the customer experience It's very foolish to waste $85 if there are an equal amount of mosquitoes after or during a treatment cycle, it's simply pointless read more

If you choose to try this company, be sure you have EVERY LAST THING cleared away from in front of EVERYWHERE they may need to access before they arrive if you don't want to be scolded and lectured! This was my first meeting with them. While I had cleared out other access points, I had THREE BINS left that I needed to slide away from one of the access doors to the eaves and was scolded for not being prepared when he got there and was told he had other jobs to get to. (had probably been in my home for about 10 min at that point) He continued to lecture me about it being like him showing up late to a medical appointment at my office. (Not that I expected any special treatment at all, just common courtesy...but he was aware that I had had a spine injury/surgeries and lost use of one of my hands and live alone) A simple "Hey, no problem...let me slide those out for ya" might have been more appropriate. Would have taken about 30-45 seconds for EITHER of us to do. Impatient, rude, and unkind. Needless to say, I have another service provider coming out tomorrow. (Cool name and logo though.) read more

We struggled with a significant mouse problem at work for years, and ever since we had Pest Assassins come, there have been no issues. We had an initial "major cleaning" and now we have bait traps which they check on a monthly basis. It's made a huge difference. I would highly recommend this company. ...and Truly Nolen comes through again! We have the yearly contract. For that, we get quarterly spraying for pests, then we also purchased the mosquito spraying package. The best part though, is if you have an issue, just call and they come out! Twice in the last two months, they came out within hours to take care of a nasty hornet problem and take care of ants. They've got my business as long as their service stays status quo! read more

We bought our house a year ago and there was evidence of termites. Mike came out and did an inspection and told us they were not active. He recommended setting up traps and if termites were found we would then treat for them. The traps were set and they check them every three months. So far no active termites. Truly Nolen has done a great job for us and we will continue to use them. read more
