Rick promptly answered all my questions respectfully and just showed up. Other companies made me feel like it was no big deal or I was overreacting etc. Rick never made me feel this way and the few times I've had to call or message him because of something that concerned me or freaked me out-he has always showed up and taken care of it. I hate bugs so this is important to me. I get monthly treatments and have been bug free since 2017. I love the products he uses-whatever it is. It's safe for my pups and kid and I love this service.
