In fact, some places do not remove nests and quoted us at a higher price (for treatment only). The appointment was scheduled only a few days out from our original inquiry phone call. I would suggest that you jot down your scheduled appointment time if you're forgetful because the only negative was that they did not send a reminder phone call/text/email. No big deal though! I greatly appreciated that Keith was about 10 minutes early to the appointment. After walking the perimeter of the house to survey active nests, he sprayed the wasp prevention treatment to the exterior of the house with a ladder in tow. All the nests were then removed using a scraper tool and disposed into a garbage bag. There was only one spot where the nest wasn't completely removed due to paint possibly being also scraped off. But Keith mentioned that if the wasps build back to let him know. He finished everything in about 40 minutes. Payment is done on site, which amounted to $216.50. I would highly recommend Keith's Bee Service to anyone who has a bee, wasp, or hornet problem. He was fast, efficient, and detail-oriented when it came to making sure every nook and cranny is sprayed and that the pests are gone.
