PET ANGEL SCAM

Beware of this Scam: A Painful Lesson I've had an agonizing experience that I feel compelled to share with others as a warning. This ordeal has left me feeling deeply hurt and deceived. I embarked on a two-hour journey to entrust my beloved dog's remains to this place, hoping for a dignified individual cremation, for which I paid over $300. Elizabeth, the sole person at the facility, assured me that they conducted individual cremations at this location. Based on online reviews and her assurances, I placed my trust in them. Elizabeth explained that I would receive the ashes, a metal urn, and a clay imprint of my dog's paw. She mentioned that it could take 5-7 days for the pickup. Upon arrival, the place was eerily quiet, with no signs of staff except for Elizabeth, who was available by appointment only. The tranquility raised doubts about whether the cremation was truly taking place on-site, prompting me to ask. She reaffirmed that they handled the process there. On September 29, I dropped off my beloved poodle in a basket with a blanket and requested that they save and notify me at the pickup time. Elizabeth took note of my request. As the days passed, I received no call from her. I decided to call on October 10, and she informed me that the pet was just being finished that day, emphasizing the need for an appointment for the pickup. I collected my dog the next day, and the place remained eerily quiet, with only Elizabeth at the desk. I stepped inside near the door, and she handed me a blue shopping bag, without a word. I quickly put my hand inside the bag to touch the urn and expressed my gratitude before leaving. There was no other staff working at the location. About five minutes into my drive, I stopped the car to inspect the items inside the bag. To my heartbreak, I found that the small metal urn was completely sealed. I felt betrayed and overwhelmed, not knowing where my beloved pet's ashes had gone. The sealed urn clearly indicated they didn't want me to see its contents. The thought of my beloved dog's final moments left me in tears that night. I wanted to honor his life until the very end, and I felt robbed of that opportunity. Elizabeth failed to return my pet's basket and blanket, treating it as an insignificant detail. I will never forget what they did to my dog. The certificate says: that cremation day was October 5th so why they did not call me before October 10? - I believe they do not make cremations otherwise will allow us to see the urn content. What they do with the animals? Before writing this letter, I scoured reviews using the names "Pet Heaven" or "Pet Angel" (cemetery and/or cremation) to find a YouTube video from another person scammed with a wooden urn sealed shut. This heartbreaking confirmation left me with painful questions about what happened to my dog. I will never forget what they did to my beloved pet. I'm sharing this experience far and wide to help others avoid a similar ordeal. Please spread the word. there are many more people scammed posting reviews please check. For those seeking cremation services, remember that a reputable company provides a small clear plastic bag that allows you to see the ashes and a metal ID tag that accompanies the dog's cremation process to the end. This tag may appear burnt, but it bears a unique ID. I've attached photos to contrast a reputable service with the dishonest work done by "Pet Angel" or "Pet Heaven." https://youtu.be/qbPL8Y1BCzc?si=C523CgR_dHZp4V7Q

You enter their lobby which looks like a fast-food pick up place with bodies packaged up and ready for pick up. Who came up with this idea? Someone who does not understand what the feeling of deep sorrow and grief means. My husband and I brought our fur baby personally to them and asked a number of times to return to us all her belongings ie the little coffin and the zipped cover which her body was wrapped in. We put her name on both to make sure they get returned to us. We were assured that everything will be returned and they would keep us informed throughout the process. Nobody kept us informed. Only after my husband called them, they informed us that she was being "processed"! For a week no other info. We called again "ah yes, you can pick her up". We came to pick her up and were faced with yet another disappointment - they just threw away the zip cover. The manager said she was sorry but they could not do anything. Nobody told them that we wanted the cover! Really!? I requested she reviews her security camera which would confirm how many times we repeated our wishes. The cover was gone but they offered a memorabilia instead. How awefully nice of you. The manager was trying in a typical materialistic, despicable way replace something priceless with cheap memorabilia they sell. At this point I don't even know if our fur baby is in the urn. Having seen the type of personnel they have in this place, them just throwing away the previous cover in spite of our explicit request to get it back and having spoken to the manager of this fast-food place with $$ signs in her eyes, I doubt the quality of the services they provide. You have ZERO guarantee that you get YOUR baby back. It is very sad that people make money off of death like this.

Tank's remains were ready within a couple of weeks, and when I went to pick up the urn and everything, it was presented so beautifully, that I felt compelled to let everyone who needs info about Monarch Pet Memorial know how excellent their care of my Tank's remains were. The bag it all came in was tied with a thin black ribbon with paw prints on it. Open the bag, and there was this beautiful simple wooden urn with my dog's paw print burned into the wood, with Tank's name above the paw. They gave me a certificate, plus a cast of his paw in a round cast, like you do for children's hands. Also a beautiful glass cylinder with some of Tank's fur. Also, a certificate of the private cremation, a bookmark and an another paw print in ink on a card. This whole package was very comforting to me. Thank you so much for your care and respect of my sweet, precious boy, Tank.

From the moment we stepped in, we were treated with kindness and care. They took her back immediately and put us in a room. Within minutes the vet came in and told us some very difficult news and we knew she wasn't going to make it. They rushed us into a quiet room and brought her in so we could say our goodbyes before she passed. They gave her meds to help her make the transition painless. It was one of the most difficult things I've had to endure. My husband and I were devastated and heartbroken. However, the team at LeadER was incredible. They were kind, caring, understanding, and knowledgeable. They let us grieve and have as much time with our baby girl as we needed. It was the only light in that dark time. We then went to pick up her ashes a week later and noticed the had filled out a card for us. It was so unexpected but immensely appreciated. Thank you so much to the team at LeadER!

Left feeling very disappointed. I took my dog in today and…read morethe front desk person was very nice . When met with Dr. Clay Philips at first he was attentive . He said he would be back with an estimate , when the nurse came back with an estimate I had questions, Dr Philips came back in with another attitude , he was short , rude and annoyed I was asking questions about the $1600 estimate . When I told him we were going to wait it out a couple hours , he walked out of the room and closed the door . No words , just left . He was clearly annoyed I was questioning the prices . I decided to leave ,they wanted me to sign a paper at the front desk saying I am refusing care . Laqueda in the front desk continued with the rude and condescending service . I was appalled that how their behavior changed simply because I questioned the estimate . I will never come back . It felt like the doctor simply wanted my money , not to take care of my pet . They held my dog in the back until I paid the visit fee . ( which I had no problem doing ) . Once I paid , they tell someone in the back that my dog was ready to leave . Basically is a very money hungry place . They held my dog "hostage" in the back until I paid . Awful experience . Dr Clay Philips made us feel our pet didn't matter . Only how deep our pockets were .
