They said there will give me a paw print and ashes that come in a velvet bag or I could upgrade to a wooden box which I did choose for just a little more. I picked him up 19 days later and when I saw the box I was so pleased it was really pretty and had his name engraved on the side. I also got a small portion on good ashes in a heart shaped vile. It was beautiful and I really thank them. My boy was part of the family and a sweet cuddle cat. He will be with me forever now.

I am giving 3 stars because of the professional guy that picked up my best friend from home. He really tried. She was 100 pounds and she had blood on her mouth. I was desperated and I called these people that charged me about $600 for pick her up and cremate her, put her paw print on ceramic and truth be told, the presentation was beautiful. I truly hope those are my babie's ashes. One can only hope. I called on Saturday to arrange for pick up and the same guy that always answer the phone told me he was the answering service. I called every day to monitor where my baby was. Always the same response. That my dog would be ready in 7-10 business days. Then I called because they do have "delivery" service, and they should bring the ashes complementary when they are around the area picking up other dogs. He told me that it would be $75. I thought that price was ridiculously high but I agreed. He told me to call the next day at 9:00 AM. At this point I want to leave one star. I called next day 9:00 AM, he said the guy that makes the deliveries was picking up two dogs so I had to call later. Called later, he said call me in the morning. Figure it up, my pain, crying, calling this moron every day and my dog? Where's my dog? This morning to add insult to the situation, the man, owner, answering service, cashier, mortician and scammer told me the service would be $175 because of the gas. I said "the gas?" And he said that the gas prices raised incredibly overnight. He really thought I am an idiot. Please don't do business with them. They don't care about our dogs. They only care about MONEY. Never ever again. Horrible.

You enter their lobby which looks like a fast-food pick up place with bodies packaged up and ready for pick up. Who came up with this idea? Someone who does not understand what the feeling of deep sorrow and grief means. My husband and I brought our fur baby personally to them and asked a number of times to return to us all her belongings ie the little coffin and the zipped cover which her body was wrapped in. We put her name on both to make sure they get returned to us. We were assured that everything will be returned and they would keep us informed throughout the process. Nobody kept us informed. Only after my husband called them, they informed us that she was being "processed"! For a week no other info. We called again "ah yes, you can pick her up". We came to pick her up and were faced with yet another disappointment - they just threw away the zip cover. The manager said she was sorry but they could not do anything. Nobody told them that we wanted the cover! Really!? I requested she reviews her security camera which would confirm how many times we repeated our wishes. The cover was gone but they offered a memorabilia instead. How awefully nice of you. The manager was trying in a typical materialistic, despicable way replace something priceless with cheap memorabilia they sell. At this point I don't even know if our fur baby is in the urn. Having seen the type of personnel they have in this place, them just throwing away the previous cover in spite of our explicit request to get it back and having spoken to the manager of this fast-food place with $$ signs in her eyes, I doubt the quality of the services they provide. You have ZERO guarantee that you get YOUR baby back. It is very sad that people make money off of death like this.

Tank's remains were ready within a couple of weeks, and when I went to pick up the urn and everything, it was presented so beautifully, that I felt compelled to let everyone who needs info about Monarch Pet Memorial know how excellent their care of my Tank's remains were. The bag it all came in was tied with a thin black ribbon with paw prints on it. Open the bag, and there was this beautiful simple wooden urn with my dog's paw print burned into the wood, with Tank's name above the paw. They gave me a certificate, plus a cast of his paw in a round cast, like you do for children's hands. Also a beautiful glass cylinder with some of Tank's fur. Also, a certificate of the private cremation, a bookmark and an another paw print in ink on a card. This whole package was very comforting to me. Thank you so much for your care and respect of my sweet, precious boy, Tank.

From the moment we stepped in, we were treated with kindness and care. They took her back immediately and put us in a room. Within minutes the vet came in and told us some very difficult news and we knew she wasn't going to make it. They rushed us into a quiet room and brought her in so we could say our goodbyes before she passed. They gave her meds to help her make the transition painless. It was one of the most difficult things I've had to endure. My husband and I were devastated and heartbroken. However, the team at LeadER was incredible. They were kind, caring, understanding, and knowledgeable. They let us grieve and have as much time with our baby girl as we needed. It was the only light in that dark time. We then went to pick up her ashes a week later and noticed the had filled out a card for us. It was so unexpected but immensely appreciated. Thank you so much to the team at LeadER!

He said he would be back with an estimate , when the nurse came back with an estimate I had questions, Dr Philips came back in with another attitude , he was short , rude and annoyed I was asking questions about the $1600 estimate . When I told him we were going to wait it out a couple hours , he walked out of the room and closed the door . No words , just left . He was clearly annoyed I was questioning the prices . I decided to leave ,they wanted me to sign a paper at the front desk saying I am refusing care . Laqueda in the front desk continued with the rude and condescending service . I was appalled that how their behavior changed simply because I questioned the estimate . I will never come back . It felt like the doctor simply wanted my money , not to take care of my pet . They held my dog in the back until I paid the visit fee . ( which I had no problem doing ) . Once I paid , they tell someone in the back that my dog was ready to leave . Basically is a very money hungry place . They held my dog "hostage" in the back until I paid . Awful experience . Dr Clay Philips made us feel our pet didn't matter . Only how deep our pockets were .

I'm extremely disappointed with our experience and feel other dog owners should be aware…read more We brought our healthy toy Cavapoo in for grooming after calling ahead about timing. I was told it would take about 1-2 hours, so I planned my day around that. After waiting the full time, I had to call them because no one contacted me, only to be told I'd need to wait another hour on top of what I was originally told. The lack of communication and misleading time estimate was frustrating and unprofessional. The bigger issues came after. Shortly after the visit, my dog developed kennel cough and was sick for nearly three weeks -- coughing, uncomfortable, and clearly miserable. She had not been around other dogs prior to this appointment. We also noticed immediate coat damage. Her fur texture changed completely -- it became rough, wiry, and dry instead of soft like it had always been. The coat was also discolored only at the tips while the roots remained normal, which points to product or heat damage during grooming. This was not a gradual genetic change; it happened right after her appointment. So in one visit we experienced: * Poor communication and inaccurate timing * A dog that became sick * Visible coat damage that will take months to grow out We trusted this place with our dog's health and deeply regret it. Grooming should never result in a dog leaving sick and physically affected like this. Pet owners, please be cautious.

To make it right you would need to refund me that money that you overcharged me and not DEMAND that it be applied to a service I was not intending to re-book. In addition, the dog's ear was not "nicked", it was SLICED and the vet was unable to rectify the situation without anesthesia due to the pain my dog had when trying to remove the hair from the laceration. I understand you trying to minimize this to not look bad to other dog owners, but in my 30 years of owning dogs and bringing them to groomers, this has NEVER happened to me and I have never been robbed of my money like this.
