When one our dogs had cancer and was on chemo she had to be separated from other dogs but the staff made sure she had extra cuddles and walks not to mention giving her the meds. Partially my fault because I didn't ask before the service. Then again, they should have confirmed the fee. So I went to the Bark and Mane website to get an appointment which required I add all my contact information. The next available was in 4 days so I decided to do it myself the next day. The previous service I used charge $260 for both dogs which is reasonable.. But I needed them done within the next 3 days. They then called me and said they could do it the same day. I should have done it myself and kept the money.
