The gal working, not the owner but has been here for years, informed me there was minimal available due to a recent recall on the brand. I was impressed and grateful. I had not heard of the recall and appreciate them being in the know for me. Our vet recently recommended to make the switch to a senior food, and the senior Victor was available. I haven't complained , the ladies are so sweet, and thought it would get better. This last time , I was explicit explaining what my baby needed. I asked for a clean up without shave. I did say what I wanted done otherwise. I even took her to a vet to get her nails done first. they did not shave her belly as asked or shave between her paws or clip around them or shave her socks, or trim her front. They didn't even trim her ears. She is a spaniel. I'm not taking her back . I paid full price for very little and will seek other service. The ladies are sweet and kind but my fur baby needs more.

Our family has been Atlanta Pet Resort customers for over 16 years and recently almost lost our dog due to a neglected dog bite. Our dog was attacked by another dog during play time and neglected for 4 days before requiring emergency veterinary care and almost dying. Atlanta Pet Resort did not make us aware of the situation then lied and tried to cover up the incident, it was only the ER vet that was told and then relayed the truth. 2 surgeries, 7 incisions, and 3 drains later we're running a veterinary out of our home and hoping she pulls through. This is a pet owner's worst NIGHTMARE... do NOT trust this company with your pets. It's a sad decline at what used to be a great facility.

At 2:00pm went to see if they had finished, and saw another customer leaving when entered the parking lot. I was told they had bathed, but still haven't groomed. I was upset to be the FIRST customer and still hadn't finished after 6 hours. I was told by groomer that was their process, and was extremely rude with me and overcharged for the bath. When they brought my dog out he was being choked with their lead!! Beware taking your animal there unless you are a customer they "prefer".
