I just adore the staff at this location. My schedule is all over the place most times, so I am almost always calling for a same day appointment. They ALWAYS fit my pup into their schedule! I moved from Canton (less than a mile from the salon) to Kennesaw (Bells Ferry Rd) late last year. This was the first opportunity I've had to get him groomed. When I called and gave them my dog's name, the young lady was so excited and told me how they had missed him. Sadly, he has a growth in one of his ears (being removed next week), which meant he needed a little extra care. I was amazed at how clean they were able to get that ear! They were also able to do a great job with his nails. While it isn't exactly close to my house anymore, I will continue to come here, as they are top notch with their grooms, and customer service! read more

I comb my 8 month old long haired mixed breed every single day. After boarding her during a week long vacation I noticed a small mat under her chin. I booked her first grooming so that we could address before it became a problem. I knew I wouldn't be able to drop her off personally, so I called ahead and left very clear instructions for minimal trimming around her face, gave the location of the teeny tiny matted area, specifically stated not to remove length from her tail, and requested a nail trim. The staff member that took these instructions was very sweet and helpful, and said she was added notes to our profile. She stated she knew what I was looking for. My poor, beautiful baby...they all but shaved her face. They left the fur on her body significantly longer, but also somehow thinner. They shaved her feet but didn't touch the hair on her legs. They trimmed her tail despite the specific request not to. Basically she's an uneven, choppy mess. And y'all - they straight up shaved her butt. It's bald. Frankly, it's vulgar. They perfumed this poor creature so heavily that I gave her a bath once we got home. I paid nearly $100 to have my sweet girl mutilated. The worst part - that tiny mat that prompted the whole affair is STILL THERE!!! Do not take your dog to Dog Wash Cafe! read more

Our original groomer moved away so we had to find another. Our first time using Dog Wash Cafe. We dropped our Scottish Terrier, Charlie, off and was surprised how quickly we got a call he was ready. We're very pleased with the grooming. They got the Scottish Terrier cut perfectly. The most important thing for us is Charlie wasn't traumatized and very relaxed when we picked him up, so we know he was treated well. (Yes he's spoiled!) Good job Dog Wash Cafe! read more

I took my old dog hear a few times. This place is amazing. They offer a bath,ear cleaning and nails clipped for 51 dollars. She was 17 years old and they were so gentle with her. She passed away a couple of months ago but I am still happy and grateful for the dog wash Cafe. read more

This is the best location! I live in Alpharetta and accidentally set up and appointment for this location on their website via my phone. I am so glad I did! (Minus the drive) The website is easy to follow, I was just having an off day and didn't check my choices. Not only did I choose the furthest location, but I chose the wrong service. I needed a grooming appointment and chose a cleaning. When I dropped off Cheddar, my 2-year-old Cavalier, I told the kind woman at the front that I actually needed grooming instead of bathing like I chose and she said they couldn't fit him in. I knew it was my fault, so I said ok and left. About an hour later, I received a call stating that they could squeeze Cheddar in. And gave a fairly good pickup time. They didn't realize that I was 40 minutes away and how much they helped me after my poor planning. On top of all that Cheddar had a perfect cut! L didn't even give a great explanation of what I needed, but they knew what I needed. Thank you! I'll be back. I don't care how far away you are! read more

had been taking my pup here for a nail trim and paw pad shave. previously, this cost me about $20 bucks and I would leave a $15 tip to the groomer and be on my way. did this monthly for about 2 years. went in today for the same service and it was $36. $17 for nail trim and NINETEEN dollars to shave 4 paw pads on a shihtzu. Her paws pads are the size of a quarter. I asked if the price increases included a tip for the groomers and was told no. I did not leave a tip today after paying $36 (service had already been performed when I was asked to pay a much higher amount than i expected). I won't go back and I'm really disappointed for the ladies that groom there as this massive price increase is eating up their tips. Ask for prices BEFORE you start a service there!!!! read more

We brought our Frenchy in for a bath and was immediately welcomed by the nicest staff Ever. They took such great care with our dog, they pampered her and made her calm. I highly recommend the cafe and will most certainly bring all of our dogs there regularly. read more
