Very disappointed. Called looking for grooming svc for our 2 German shepherd pups. Unfortunately, msg in voicemail states that this groomer refuses to groom our pups unless we have a referral from someone who is currently using this groomer? Rediculous! I guess money from Kennesaw GA must be different than money elsewhere? How arrogant can a business person be to feel they have a right to exclude others they've never met? I couldn't have asked for a better first time (or anytime) experience with a mobile pet grooming business. Because of her size, it takes nearly two hours to groom my 113-pound German Shepherd Dog. Time that we didn't have recently and needed to call in some help. From first call to parting handshake, my experience with Snazzy pet was exceptional. Mike's assistant covered all the necessary questions and quirks regarding my dog's behavior, size, personality, training, etc. I was sent an appointment request for my calendar immediately, and the day before the appointment, I received a reminder call. The day of, Mike called 30 minutes prior to the appointment to tell me his location and expected arrival time. When he arrived, he set up his van before coming inside to meet my dog. When introduced, Mike was sweet and friendly to her, giving her treats to win her over--easily done. I stayed out of the way as Mike trimmed nails, washed, conditioned, furminated, teeth-scrubbed and blow-dried my dog into a better, younger-looking version of herself. Mike is fantastic! When I called to make an appointment I warned his assistant that my dog can be...challenging. Usually when I take him to the groomer's he's there all day long, probably spending hours alone in a crate with no water. I literally would drop him off on the way to work and my boyfriend would pick him up on the way home from work in the evening. And I'd still have to finish clipping his face and/or paws or tail myself because he wouldn't let them do it. He gets growly if he doesn't trust you. She assured me Mike could not only handle my little monster but he'd make friends with him too, and sure enough she was right! Otis is long-haired with a double coat (on top of being apprehensive of strangers) so even on his best day he's never going to be a quick appointment. This far exceeded my expectations. Mike texted us a cute pic mid-bath (apparently he understands our curiosity because we didn't ask, but I was dying to see what went on in there!). The whole thing only took 2 hours and my dog is perfectly groomed and so, so happy. I'm talking whole-tush-wagging happy. And so am I! Gone are the anxiety-packed mornings of dropping him off for an all-day appointment. Snazzy Pet is the only way to go. Thanks Mike! Somehow, someway, Mike managed to groom and clip my old pup chup's nails. Every since I came to Georgia, I have been having trouble finding a groom service that could handle my lil buddy's stubbornness lol, but not only did Mike have the patience to do it all, he's the first that has told me that he has had no problems with my dog, my dog came back in happy which is normally not the case, AND he gave my buddy some treats. So grateful I found Mike! I wasn't sure if I needed a vet or groomer for my sweet Lucy (feline) poor thing was flea infested. She was in desperate need of help. When I scheduled the appointment, I told the woman that I had standard poodles and provided the weight of each dog. I told her that it had been 5 weeks since the dogs had last been groomed and that I kept them closely shaved. The grooming would NOT involve any type of "fancy" cut. I was told that it would be $90 per dog. However, after the grooming, I was told it would be $125 per dog. In addition, the groomer did NOT shave the dogs paws as is customary for poodles. Had I known it would have been so costly, I would NOT have made the appointment. Charging 40% over the quoted price is not how you run a business. read more

I felt safe having my four legged family members handled by Snazzy. The groomer also added value to the service by advising me on dental care and general grooming tips.
