They are reliable and come and go quietly. It is such a relief to have them clean up after my two large dogs.

Before signing up for this service you'd better be prepared to have the humane society called on you with no knowledge of your dogs background. A rescue trying to put weight on, who has a misshapen hip due to an accident while a stray that healed improperly apparently warrants charges of malnutrition and mistreatment. These dogs live like royalty from the 20+ toys around the backyard, and the 50+ inside, to the doggie daycare they attend, to the pancakes that were made the actual day that this charge was made, oh and the fact that I pay for a service to clean poop out of the yard...do you really think that food is going to be where I save money?? When asked to speak to manager his only response was what would you like us to do you've already cancelled the service. I don't know maybe an apology, proper training of your people, a call to the owner to ask the background of the dog? Then he hung up on me...so at the end of the day - use other services. Pet Butler acquired the service I used to have for over 10 years for all 4 of the rescue dogs I've had in my lifetime so I didn't actually pick them, this was a trial that I wish was free.. read more

Agree with other bad reviews on this service. We have one medium to small dog that is australian shepherd mix and very mild. They made very big deal out of us (me) confirming verbally that dog is locked inside each and every time they came out. Many times they missed aeas or just plain didn't even look. read more

please do not use this company to remove your pets waist. They hire the lowest class of people they have left my gate open on several occasions and this was the last time. The employee they sent out today was dancing and screaming music in my yard driving my dogs nuts. Did not do her job correct And she left my gate open and I now have a lost dog That my family can't afford to lose. Leaving a yard secure should always be the most important part of this job. To most people it feels like losing a kid. We are all heartbroken and the owner is doing nothing to help. All I got was a an attitude on the phone and he asked the question what do I want him to do about it. I'm Pissed. What a poor company to choose. Canceled my service. read more

Great service, fast, detailed, and courteous. I receive a text as the service begins and notifications if a reschedule due to emergencies arise. I had new sod put down in my backyard that would stand up to three GSDs better and Pet Butler adjusted their service to my side yarn without issue. Most problems arise in this world because of not minding one's own business. It can't be argued that making informed decisions is a hallmark of emotional maturity. Anyone running a business, especially minding the care of others, should (at least) hold themselves to this basic standard. At its core, the mission of any business is to provide a reliable, transparent and benevolent service to its client. This includes analyzing the potential for circumstances that don't meet the eye. A business is reflected by the individuals that represent them, and can easily fall by the way side. Avoidably, a very kindhearted friend was recently caused emotional distress when this company acted uniformed, to suggest her most recent rescue was malnutritioned and abused. This couldn't be the farther from the truth. Not only are her dogs well cared for, but pampered as kin. My heart goes out to her, in the wake of an abrupt visit from the human society. In the words of the Dali Lama, "If you can, help others; if you cannot do that, at least do not harm them." read more

I have had to request that the service return several times because of missed spots and I do not mean a couple. Honestly, at this point, I feel they are just testing me. I have spoken to the area manager several times, and he promises it will get better, which it does for that next week, and then it goes back to being what I feel is Pet Butler's "normal." Stated they came on 4/8. However, I was home the whole day and nobody ever came and I have security footage of not one person stepping in my backyard. Backyard was full of waste. I waited to see if they were going to come another day as I have been rescheduled multiple times without notice. Nobody ever came. I called and the lady stated that they came on 4/8 and since I did not call on Friday 4/9, nobody will be sent out to clean up yard and I will not be issued a refund for this date. Very disappointing to be paying for a service that you do not get. Even more disappointing for that poor of customer service. One star too good of a review. Took our money and didn't show up or even call/email us about the scheduled appt until 2 days after they were supposed to show up, and then told us they would come in a week. Hey guys, not trying to tell you how to run your business, but if someone is willing to pay you over $100 to come clean up their yard the situation may require more immediate attention then "We'll get to it when we get to it". If you can do the job, great. If you can't do it when promised, politely decline and don't take our money. Cancelled our "sometime" appointment with them, still trying to get our money back. Had pepper service for seven years. Had an incident with one of their employees and contacted the office to have a manager call me. Ended up canceling my service as the manager never did return my call. Left a message with their customer service again two days ago. Did not receive a response. So I called again the gentleman who answered the phone told me that there was a note in there that somebody had contacted me and left a voicemail. I never received a call or a voicemail very disappointed in this company or this franchise. read more

Highly recommended. These guys came like clockwork every week and did a great job (in all weather conditions) cleaning up our yard. Our dog recently passed away, and after notifying Pet Butler they not only sent a very nice condolence email and card, they also refunded the unused portion of our monthly payment. I've been a loyal customer for 9 years. I am on automatic bill pay, so Per Butler began withdrawing more and more money monthly without notifying me. When I inquired about it, they said they would refund me only 2 of the 9 months they overcharged and now, will not return my calls or emails. This is how loyalty is repaid I guess. read more

Scammed me out of my money. I set up a weekly cleaning on a promo. After THEY changed to a different day which did not work for me due to my lawn service I asked them to cancel the remainder (I only used 1 visit) they charged me the cost of a regular visit without he promo pricing. I understand their fine print says this but I assumed this was if I cancelled because I wanted to. They changed their agreement to something else, they breached the contract not me. My family consists of two young professionals who work all the time. We have two friendly dogs who have plenty of access outside. Our scooper always sends a texts to inform us of when she gets to our home and always says have a wonderful day, which I love. The few times I've had the pleasure of talking with her, she was very polite and enjoyed talking with our kids. She is very efficient! Our yard is always completely poop free, even the time one of our dogs had diarrhea. I would say our scooper is done with our yard in 20 minutes. I've been using Pet Butler for several months now. I haven't had a lot of contact with them because I haven't had any problems. The guy comes and cleans the "doggy doo" while I am at work.
